I cannot thank ACME Award enough for all of their help with my daughters Letterman Jacket. After being let down by another business and frantically calling everyone and anyone that could possibly help me, I came across ACME Award. Pam not only helped calm this momma down, but she immediately put a plan in place to meet my tight deadlines. Not only was she professional but she made this whole experience very personal. Needless to say, they worked extra hard to get this jacket back to me quick enough to surprise my daughter for senior night. Thank you team! You guys are awesome!

Super disappointed with how these shirts turned out. We read the good reviews and wanted to get two embroidered shirts for our daughter. We were told they would be ready in about a week. We called about a week later and told they still weren't done and they tried to push it off to the following week. I don't know maybe they rushed them but when looking closely at them both has the embroidery done over a seem which looks tacky and makes the letters look like patchy. Also the white shirt has crooked, a bit diagonal lettering. We're not sure now what to do with the shirts. We should have trusted our instincts and picked up the shirts when they said they hadn't got to them and taken them somewhere else. Definitely won't be coming back here!

My motorcycle club has been going here for 17 years and now I heard sue sold the business and it shows. It took 3 months to get a small patch made and it was misspelled and not the same detail has the other patch. So we will be returning it and getting the correct stitching size and color. And if it is take months like it did before we will collect all bay area delinquents patches and digital prints... if Sue still owns that company then we will personally ask her to fix this

Found this place on-line and ordered a small personalized plaque that was for a family gift. Placed the order in the end October and was told it might take a week, which was fine. Did not receive a call or text to let me know it was ready. Finally went back a few weeks later (right before Thanksgiving) and asked if my order was ready. They said no, there was an issue with the order and they had to change a few things in order to complete it. I was a little upset that they didn't just call me to let me know there was an issue so it could have been resolved sooner. Yet, the owner was nice about it and apologized and even completed my order that day Free of Charge! I thanked him and said I would write this review to help show there were no hard feelings. Overall good staff and good quality product, just a bit of a drop in communication in the beginning, but the owner assured me that is not how they usually work. I think I would use their services again, because mishaps happen, but they handled it with grace!

Was this in a pinch and needed some stuff done same day. I believe Pam (I think that was her name) helped me out so much. She made it work and had a smile the whole time. I will definitely be coming back!!

Recently we we went to Acme Awards to have a wedding frame engraved. Brian, the owner, suggested a plaque instead. We inquired the approximate wait time and price. We figured we would come in the following week. To our surprise Brian had the project completed in less than 10 minutes. Brian would not even charge us! My wife and I tried to pay him several times however instead, he asked if we could spread the word. Many organizations have forgotten the 2 most important words in business, "The Client", Brian has our business for life! Thanks, Roger Carney

Acme awards helped me and my friend find the perfect font for our logo! Not only that, they helped us with placement on the items for our new activewear brand. They quoted us 10 days but it was done in less than a week! Will definitely be using them for all our embroidery needs. They were friendly, accurate and quick.

I searched the East Bay for an embroidery company that could handle a custom memorial patch design order on short notice. After multiple calls and quotes, I struck gold! I had a brief phone conversation with Bryon Pointer @ Acme Awards and he assured me they could handle the job. I met with Bryon that same day, late in the afternoon on a Friday. We discussed my design, as he accurately measured and sketched it into perfection. Bryon showed me some samples of their patch work, to ensure to me the quality of their work. Here is where Bryon and Acme hit it out of the park! Bryon asked when I needed the job done by? I asked for what I thought was potentially the impossible and said by the following Thursday for pick up. Tuesday afternoon, I got a call to let me know it was ready. 2 days!! The finished product was AMAZING!!! Exactly as I had imagined. Color, size, font... Bryon was sympathetic to the cause of my order which was highly appreciated. The patches were handed out on Friday, and ALL were overwhelmed with the finished product. Make 1 call to Bryon @ Acme Awards for unbeatable quality and pricing for your embroidery needs. You won't regret it.
