Nice friendly staff. If you visit at the right time, there's hardly no wait time. I visit for, paying car insurance.
I'm not sure, if wait time is longer for other services. It's located between jack in the box & black bear diner. Across the street from Chabot College in Hayward, CA. Hours are 9am-5pm. Closed holidays. Ample parking.

I had very bad experience in this branch, especially with Nargis Safi she is the worst agent,I have ever met . Very disrespectful. I was sitting with her talking, she was very busy in her phone talking and texting in Dari language and chilling with friends not even answering my question right. I wasted my one hour time without getting any result….

Great service! Friendly staff! It only took me 15 min to get my registration at the DMV AAA line!! Dmv took me like 3 before i became a AAA member!
