Disappointing that I had to pay 2 separate times for a warranty item they installed that went bad both times. Sad part is the first time I had to pay $80 for the labor on the part they installed and then today again I had to pay $100 again for the same part that was under warranty and I brought my own to replace they're bad part. Won't be going back. The mechanic is a solid guy great person as for management sad to say horrible.

Please don't take your car here. I went early in the morning when they open up. And I saw one of the workers who worked at Hayward auto care. I asked him how much do it cost to put a alternator with the new belt on the car . He asked to take a look under the hood. When he look. I told him I bring my own parts. That's when he told me. He can't use my parts. I have to use shop parts only. But I already paid for my parts. He wanted to rip me off. Because car shop get a 40 percent discounts on parts. But they charge customers double the price for the part and make a hell of a lot money with parts and labor. If a car shop won't let you use your own parts that you bought with your money don't go to them find another shop. If you want to spend a lot of money and get ripped off go to Hayward Auto Care. This place is a con artist. I would have gave a lower score but 1 star is the lower it can go. I give this place the middle finger!!!!!!!!

I had my daughter's 2006 Honda Accord transmission rebuilt here and he did an excellent job and the price was fair! We had done a lot of research at local auto garages, and this was by far the best. I would refer all my family and friends to him. Since then we have sent another car to his care and restoration he has our trust and respect

I have returned to this shop countless of time. Zack is the only mechanic who touches my 2008 Honda CR-V. Listen folks, my car has over 300000 miles and it runs great! All because of Zeck’s care. I have referred this place to my friends, they’re all satisfied and return here for fixes. I appreciate you man for being on top of it. Ken and his wife are a power duo who make sure you and your vehicle are well taken care of. Once you talk to Ken and drop off your vehicle, you can rest easy and know you'll be getting your car back in great condition. Please stay away from this shop. The owner over charged his services to me. When I brought my car in because there were signs of "check engine" and "trac off", he said he needs to use a computer to diagnose it. He charged me $185 to simply do the diagnosis. Afterwards he called me and said the problem was the fuel injection, so he needs to clean it for me. The quote for that service was $585. I was shocked! I did my own research online before committing to that service, turns out that should have been a cost of replacing a new fuel injection. So when I asked the owner, what would be the cost for a replacement instead, he quoted me a few thousands! I immediately took my car back and left the shop once I realized the owner was trying to take advantage of my situation. So please save yourself a trip and stay away from this shop unless you want to throw away your money and get taken advantage by the owner.

I went in for an oil change and the next day when I went to leave for work, I found a puddle underneath my car. Not sure what happened here, but needless to say not what I wanted to see early in my morning.

I dropped my friend off at this spot to pick up his car. As I was leaving the driveway, the mechanic walked up to my car and knocked on my window, asking me what I was doing with "their" car. I literally never got out of my car, so I cannot see where the misunderstanding/accusation could possibly stem from.
