This is the worst experience I have ever had with a 7-Eleven, these people are rude obnoxious, and do not have any consideration for customers or customer service, they are belligerent and self-serving, and you should not do business with this company. This 711 on Mission Boulevard is the worst experience I've ever had.

Okay here's the thing unless you're coming late morning to afternoon.... You can usually expect to be overcharged for your products.... The store is clean, yes, And at least the food is fresh ...but unfortunately the employees have absolutely no idea how to use the seven rewards program. They keep saying that things cost more than they do. In the early morning, Expect this to be 110% true. The gentleman has no idea what he's doing and literally trying to charge me basically $5 in tax.... I'm so tired of this crap. Why can't they get people know what they're doing.....Farooq and the late morning to afternoon staff have it down and are amazing! I'm basically reading this based on the most common times I am here.... Unfortunately is morning but I promise I will not be buying things from here in the morning anymore.

"NO STARS" I pulled in the station in a car and my friend on a motorcycle my friend went inside and the guy working late nate harrased my friend and also would not give him a bag for items he bought and my friend got upset then the cashier attempted to call the police on us all because we weren't taking none of his curry smellin b.s.

Worst experience ever, it felt almost criminal.The store employee, male with a long beard, after charging my credit card for pump gas related to a mix up he did with another customer by confusing station numbers, took my credit card and refused to give it back. When I challenged him, he became aggressive and rude, yelling at me to give him money now in cash. Not sure why, if he had just charged my card. I told him I didn't have cash, and he basically said he didn't care and for me to get it from the ATM machine. I was considering calling the police but I was in a rush to get somewhere on time. Given that the amount was minimal and I was in rush, I just went to take money from the ATM. I don't know what I would have done if I hadn't had my debit card with me. Later today, I callee 7 eleven corporate and filed a complaint. I also locked my credit card just in case as the employee was in possession of it for a few minutes.Beyond the money, which was minimal, what I am really looking for the owner or corporate takes real disciplinary action against this employee.AVOID THIS PLACE!!! There is another gas station and store on the other side of the street, just go there.

Horrible location, will be contacting corporate. The woman at the register refused to give me my change which was nearly a dollar. My change was supposed to be $1.91, she then pulled two 1 dollar bills from her register, she only gave me one and kept the other one for herself. I then asked for the remainder of my change, and she refused to give it. She said that it's "only" 91 cents. I pressed the issue more but she didn't care. I can not imagine how often she is doing this to people. This is theft.

literally the worst 7-11 i’ve been to. i’m writing during COVID-19 times and the employees did NOT wear a mask. I also bought 2 drinks (BOGO free) and the drink was originally $2 but i was charged $7... i only came here because it’s close to home and my little brother wanted to go out to buy a cold drink since it’s 100°f outside.

Really bad experience late night shift guy yelled at me for no reason and told me to get out while I was looking around the store worst experience I've had with an employee in a store ever! I would give it 0 stars if I could.
