Not friendly ppl... charged me almost $3 for my coffee when i brought in my own container...no hoodies and caps for sale... these locstion sucks.

Been going here ever since I was 3. Never had one singular problem with the products I buy or with the employees. I usually buy snacks like Hot Cheetos, a soda, candy, and donuts on some occasions but I have never had a problem with the employees. If people had problems with the employees it's because of you because the employees treated me with respect.

NEVER GOING HERE AGAIN, we we're harassed and the korean lady was racist!!! first time going here and never experienced anything like this just went and going to buy some food for the morning and as i was getting ice she just started yelling at me. How can i purchase an iced coffee without ice??? then the husband came and tells me i have an attitude, where i havent even talked yet??? Worst 7-eleven. DONT GO HERE

Too bad I can't give them a zero. I have never encountered such rude and nasty people as the cashiers at this 7-11. I went in to get some half and half and they didn't have any so I bought some flavored creamer which I didn't really want. After I got to my car, I realized they probably had the individual half and half creamers since they sold coffee and I thought maybe they would sell me a few. I went back in and started looking to see which creamers were unflavored and the rude man literally ran over to me and started yelling at me not to take them. I said I would pay for them, I wasn't stealing them and he kept yelling at me. Then he yelled that I had to buy coffee. So I poured a coffee that I didn't want so I could have a few creamers. He was right in front of me staring at me the whole time to make sure I didn't steal his creamers. What an ass. I had already made a purchase so they knew I had money. And they would have made more profit if they charged me just for the creamers instead of me taking a coffee I didn't want. I will NEVER go to this 7-11 again. How can they stay in business chasing away customers. All their reviews are bad.

Nothing about the store that I would find exceptionally great didn’t particularly stand out management/staff was just OK. Prices weren’t exactly reasonable about 5% more than your neighborhood convenient store but maybe I’m paying for the convenience of being on Tennyson.

I walked in a little before 6am and said hello. The man at the counter grunted at me and rolled his eyes. I asked if I came back after 6 to buy, if the store sold a seltzer. The man barked a no at me before I could finish asking so I left feeling completely belittled and disrespected. There was also a man in a blanket sleeping in the parking lot and a different homeless man in a wheelchair harassing me as I walked in.

They Barley carry anything at this location. The owner yells at my kids about wearing their mask instead of talking to me. We stay near by so we are at this 711 often. No nacho cheese! The workers during the evening and night don't speak English! They can't help you with certain things like lottery tickets because of their language barrier. There is only one female on the staff and that is the owner! I don't think that is right.
