I put up with alot of stale items because this location is close to my work and it's my last stop before midnight on the way home ...all the employees would recognize me I come in so often ...last night april 8th at about 930 I made a purchase of 13.83 with a twenty dollar bill and 83 cents the older cashier bagged my items and when I asked for my change he said I gave him 13.83 two fives and 3 ones when I told him this is impossible first I gave him only one bill which was a twenty second I had 4 twenty dollar bills in my wallet now only 3...he called me a liar and expected me to leave it took him about 15 minutes to realize I wasn't leaving so he called someone to verify I was " lying " which took about another 30 minutes so I waited about 45 minutes to get my change mind you I just got off a 10 hour shift and I'm tired ...regardless I patiently waited still politely and didn't even argue that he STILL only gave me 6 dollars a dollar short after waiting so long he didn't even appoligize instead gave me 6 dollars in a hurry and waived me off ...if this is how you treat your customers who come in every day I can only imagine how you treat the ones who only come in once in a while ...this man definitely doesn't need to be on charge of money he is either pocketing money or he is too incompetent to remember the difference between a twenty dollar bill and 13 bucks ...

I used to come here about twice a week but the attitude of the people working there makes it a horrible experience.. It just seems like they hate being there and they hate you being there as a customer, so I go to harder gas now to get whatever I need.

I'm the guy who doesn't like to bad mouth or complain about an experience that might not go my way. I will however provide feedback when a place that I frequent daily has not provided the service I regularly receive. It was 1:45 AM doors locked the attendant walking around on phone. No other customers or employees. He begins clearing the floor of debris which i have seen them do most often after 2am. He comes to the front door, still locked & looks at me. I ask politely what time will you re-open? He shakes his head & walks away! I guess I'm old fashion! I respect those who respect! I come in often with a bag from my daily routine with personal items or items purchased outside of 7-eleven. The first thing i do before I continue past the register is get the attention of the attendant ask if I can leave my bag somewhere up front while I make a purchase. I wait until they have a moment between customers already at the register. I do that to show respect for your staff as well as every customer when I come in to spend my money I earn by hard work for something you offer that I would like to consume. I would hope that when staff has an individual conduct themselves like i described when I enter , they will act professional. They might not respect me or have different opinions but on the clock you should conduct yourself accordingly. Real Simple! A customer comes to door for purchase & your closed. You acknowledge them standing outside & advise them of your business hours or when you will re-open if the store is temporarily closed for any reason. You don't have to tell them why the store is closed. You can do something real easy & respectful takes a few seconds. SORRY WE ARE CLOSED WE WILL BE OPEN AT_____ . Now the hours for this location show OPEN 24HRS. But that can be a review for someone else to leave if they feel similar frustration

The people who work here are beyond rude but it's 7-11 so you can't expect much. The food is either dried out or they don't have it. They're supposed to be 24/7 but they close whenever they want to. Writing a review is pointless because the owners don't do anything about what people complain about.

Found a michelada mix for beer instead Im going to add Costco's fresh mango smoothie ? stayed tunedUsed to keep fresh coffee early am I haven't been here on in awhile so not sure.

July 18 2023: I update hours because it said 24 hours but it’s probably been closed since 1am or earlier and the employee says he won’t open until 4am. Lazy employee or fake google hours? Multiple people have come and left upset!! Fix your store
2022:
Nice store, short on some items. Nice staff depending on who you get because of the high turnover. Also call them if they answer and if you’re going to attempt to use a coupon especially digital make sure they take it otherwise you may waste your time to drive down there with a coupon. Otherwise it’s a normal 7-Eleven understaffed and no real issues.

Don’t expect the time is to be correct and don’t expect to get your phone call answered if you’re calling to check and ask a question the time is incorrect here and I don’t know what time they went and closed but it’s 3 AM they say they will open at 4 AM but there was no sign on the door and they will waste your time because they don’t care

Nacho cheese used to be free. Now, they do charge for nacho cheese and they won't tell you.
