These guys are the worst. DO NOT GO HERE after the sun goes down. They literally have the door chained up. You cannot get in and the peson working here is the worst. You can shiw up in a suit and tie and they won't even let you in.

I come to this location periodically. Every time I come I get the feeling that everyone who works there hates their job or at least providing basic customer service. The Indian guy last night took very long to address me and when he did he was rude like I was bothering him. The Asian guy during that same day was short with me but provided the information I asked for. He also was rushing me once I paid for my stuff. It just seems like it doesn’t matter when I come the employees are always rude. Oh yeah there was some black residue on top of the sparkling water I bought. They should check their inventory and make sure products are not covered in black residue. I honestly don’t think I will come back to this 7/11. There are 2 other ones on mission & harder that give way better service.

So irritating, the store attendant told me unless I order thru DoorDash then he wouldn’t let me in the store. So I had to go find another store at 3am & I was in an Uber!

Regular 7-Eleven. There was a delivery guy dropping off stuff for the store when I got there and the clerk seemed to be really involved in helping him bring stuff in and moving stuff around, going into the back for long periods of time - I stood at the counter for like 5 mins waiting to pay for my doughnut and beverage... Should have refilled my coffee before walking out bc I stood there drinking the whole darn thing. But other than a distracted clerk everything was normal.

I went yesterday this store. The cashier not fucos for the costumer his just like talking to the phone. Very horrible for the customer service… hopefully the manager was talk to the employees. Customer first before phone..cashier very lazy the Chinese guy..

This is one of the worse 7-eleven. From the Middle Aged Asian man who steals your lottery winnings. Then the rude a** owner and now the old Asian man wants to question me for a DoorDash order when I dash all the time. Rude and prejudice as f**** I already do not shop here now I don't want to dash here.

I want to tell everybody she use my Social Security and hired somebody under my name without asking my permission and she was a big fraud so be careful guys when you go to the store never use your debit card or credit card or any kind of ID she’s a fraud and be careful I’m going to report to police what she done with me and after that she was not accepted so I want to share on everywhere she was a fraud be careful with her her manager name is Gwen Can I request everybody please never ever show any ideas on her store I’m going to report IRS and EDD and taking action against her and I was doing that all the social media expose that kind of fraud people
