They had small lids but no small cups and then they didn’t have lids for anything else except an extra large so we ended up having to get extra large Slurpee and then I’m excited because they got Dr Pepper flavored so I fill up with Dr Pepper flavors and I get out of my car and this is not Dr Pepper. It is likePepper mixed with like 10 other flavors of Slurpee and I’m really disappointed that I’m just going to let this melt now

Disgusting! I got food poisoned here. Day 3 and still sick. Do NOT come here at all cost. I took a chance and now it's killing me.

Finally a A+ presentable 7-11! Looked like fully stocked warm fast food ready to go! Got me the big bite hotdog which is definitely one of favorite. Saw the garlic cheese bread which looked good, asked for it and cool honest clerk said it isn't good since it's been out too long. Thanks for the honesty until a Berkeley 7-11 where the clerk put the stale hard slice under a fresh one. Now only if they would have some Japanese 7-11s!

7-Eleven that serves its function as a convenient store. Adequately stocked with variety in most items. Employee etiquette and store atmosphere is to be desired and can definitely be improved upon... but that's not really a complaint as it's par for the course for the place. Keep expectations low, don't expect any deals to be honored, and double check your receipt.

the store is supposed to be open 24 hours but just like someone else said FOUR months ago the lazy guy is getting paid to SLEEP in the back room and he locks the door and he’s been doing this for at least 4 months now… get your business in order for christ’s sake… why you letting your employees get PAID to do nothing and BREAK THE LAW??? he needs to get FIRED ASAP!!!! there’s Plenty of people who needs jobs that would actually WORK!!! been here for 20 mins (2:40am-3:00 am)!!! unbelievable!!!

Just filed a complaint to federal trade commission for false advertising. They had they're chicken wings 5/$5 but when they rang it up it will charge you $7.49 telling me that the system is not letting him do the promotion even if you punch in your phone number. I told the guy that they need to put the sign down and he said he will but every time I go there it's still on that glass cabinet. I just think it's not right that they don't honor what they advertise. FALSE ADVERTISING!

The operators of the store hide the small cups of Slurpees so people would be forced to buy medium or large. There’s a promotion for a $1 Slurpee, but they’re always “out” of the small cups. One time I peaked in the cabinet below the machine and it was full of small cups. When I asked the cashier why this was, I was told those cups were only for employees and that’d I’d be in trouble if I opened the cabinet again. It seems like they’re just trying to cheat customers into buying more of their sugary garbage. Not cool.

Can I give this place a 0 star. They wouldn’t sell a milk after one of the employee Singh harassed me and followed me all the way to the checkout. I’ve confronted him why he kept on talking to me when I told him to stopped. Singh admitted that he is the representative manager of this store and he has no whatsoever ability to give a decent customer service. He yelled and asked me about a beer from the front entrance door all the way to other wall about a beer when it was clearly not mine. I just asked him why would he think it’s mine then he started yelling at me and following me. He was seriously harassing me. Please don’t go to this store. Giving this place a star coz I feel better kicking the wet sign for the floor. I don’t recommend this place.

I wasn’t going to leave a review but this store needs to do better. Recently moved to the area and frequent the store often, Often enough that staff recognize my vehicles also know what I’m coming to buy. Today was the last straw for me. I literally just left the store I went to grab a pizza I forgot to grab my drink before I was going to pay so I went to get the drink One of the guys there was at the counter already checking out another customer linked past the customer to watch me go grab a one dollar Arizona drink as if I was stealing which I was not. Then when I came back to the counter to pay for all my items that the other customer rep was holding on the counter for me I was given a stare down as a intimidations tactic And when the tactic was unsuccessful I was antagonized. I let them know that they didn’t need to watch me because I have no reason to be stealing anything I come here all the time they all see me. While I was explaining what just happened and that I was there last night and the guy was being rude I was axing me if they had hotdogs or pizza available and he snapped at me to the representative that recognizes me when I come in a female that I believe may be a manager she chose to interject herself in the conversation saying that was the night guy and that people come and steal out of the store which had absolutely nothing to do with me then they both disappeared into a back room because they know they were wrong, stereo typical racist BS at its finest do better 7-Eleven they should be ashamed ( update the owner likes to comment “that doesn’t sound right”and to jump through extra hoops to tell what happened I put exactly what happened here and beware going to this store they discriminate period!!!!!! I said what I said. The owner discounting peoples experience here That don’t sound right you know your establishment is ran horribly like I said before you should be ashamed, your doing bad business and need to do better!!!!!!

My family and i have ordered from here twice for doordash. Both times we've been missing half our order with no replacements nor refund for it. Last night they kept $16 worth of food. Dd said that they won't refund because this store said they gave it to us. Like is it really that hard for 7-11 to issue a refund rather than keeping money they didn't earn?
