These fools come a mile down industrial to dump their trash in our dumpster, and their not even smart about it. Stop being cheap and pay for your own trash. Based off their reviews I am not surprised.

WMJL parent - our teams have submitted orders to 1856 Productions multiple seasons and every time they mess up on orders. Whether its, misspelling, quality of print or not putting correct items on the jerseys. I'd avoid coming here if you want your sports items does correctly.

If I could give them a 0 star review I would but unfortunately I have to give them 1 star. I bought some items on their website for my family back in April of 2033 and I never received them. I emailed the company and never got a response. I eventually went to their warehouse and was promised the items would be delivered to me. When I didn't receive my items I contacted them again and didn't receive a response. I would have requested a refund but I really wanted the items I purchased because I liked their work. My advice - don't buy their merchandise online.

The customer service was horrible. The communication could be way better. Mike doesnt respond promptly. And when the order was promised to be done, it wasnt. And the order was messed up as well. I kept asking for updates and it kept getting pushed back. And when we received our product, it was messed up. They fixed it but they shouldn't need to be fixed.

1856 is a great resource for Embroidery services. Our office was in desperate need of an embroider to put our logo onto polo shirts for a team event. It was Friday and the event was taking place that next Tuesday. Scrambling around on a Friday trying to find people to accommodate is no easy task. Luckily, we found Michael at 1856 Productions. He pulled off a miracle. I brought the shirts in @ 4:30pm and they were ready Monday morning! Our logo looked fantastic! Everyone was very pleased with the outcome, and they looked great for the event. We cannot thank him enough for the professional work that was done and look forward to working with him again in the near future.

I couldn't be more happier. I ordered t-shirts for our 5th grade kids. We provided them with a design a student created and they made it come alive. It was so nice to see our kids wear the shirts during their clap out. I also ordered a sign for our high school students. Thank you.

I'm averaging my two experiences (ordering shirts/sweatshirts/sign for my son's Little League team) and ordering my niece's senior t-shirt. Pros: *Mike is a nice, reasonable guy who does his best to communicate via phone or email or text *No other company would take on so many orders in such a short amount of time. He was able to get most of our Little League orders done within a week and our senior shirts done in just 3 days!! *Quality is amazing! I loved all the shirts, sweatshirts and sign *Leslie who works there went above and beyond to deliver our shirts to San Lorenzo/saved us a trip Cons: *Some of our Little League orders were wrong/misprinted *Some of the Little League orders took more than a month (more than half a season) to get done *Honestly I think Mike may have taken on more than he could handle during the start of the Little League season and just wasn't upfront about it. Conclusion: Going with 1856 might be a gamble (judging from other reviews) but I don't know of any other company that would even attempt to take on as much in so little time as this company so it might be worth it!
