NEVER use these people, they lie about arrival times and stall when you try to cancel.
Was told 15-20 minutes 4 separate times, then was told "they're about to drive up any moment now" after that was another 20 minute wait, I called them and said I wanted to cancel, then they proceeded to put me on hold, after being on hold for 5 minutes the driver called and said he will be there in 10 minutes, I voiced my doubt and he told me "the dispatchers were giving you the etas before, I'm the actual driver so I'm giving you the actual eta". He arrived 20 minutes later, double what he said.
I ended up waiting 2 and a half hours total for what they originally told me was going to be 20 minutes. If I had known the actual arrival time I would've gone with someone else, they're was another company that could've been there in 30 minutes. These people are absolute weasels. No care for the customer.

Drivers and dispatch lie about the pickup time. Said it would be 30-60 min wait for pickup, ended up being almost 2 hours and they want to charge 150 to go less than 1 mile and they tried to add on hidden fees which is illegal and to top it off the driver dragged my tow hitch on the ramp when he droppedit off. JD is a BOSS. Was stuck on a curb up in the Berkeley Hills. Was a really tricky situation and could’ve torn the whole front end off the car but we game planned and he was able to back it off without a single scratch. This was a rental car and I had just finished a catering too so you can imagine the stress I had being stuck on my clients driveway curb. JD you saved the dinner, the day and my sanity. Thank you SO much.

Great service by John Deere was great. He came in overtime to my car to the shop. He was polite and nice fast efficient great job highly recommend.
