quite possible the worst post office service i have ever had the chance to witness. they act like you are less than a human and not worth their time even though the place is empty. i dont understand how a government establishment can be so improperly ran. This definitely needs to change or theres no point in having such a poor mail service. most horrible experience ever.

BE AWARE OF THIS PLACE ESP IF YOU ARENT WHITE! They discriminate like no other! But why when we aren’t doing so even though you smoke crack in the back like we don’t know? Every time I go into this place they never have their stuff together and always has bad customer service!!!!!!!!!! Rather make the drive to weaverville!!

If you are new to town be very well aware thaty the post office employees will discriminate and more than likely withhold mail from you. I am lucky enough to have lived here long enough where they respectfully give my mail but for all my friends and new comers there is an obvious issue of their mail not being there though tracking numbers will say otherwise. This goes for regular letters as well. This is getting tiring and old. Opening a case concerning the employees here with the government, hopefully things will change afterwards.

The younger ladies are quite kind and helpful. Things aren't always arriving as scheduled, but hey....it's the Post Office.
However I gave it 2-stars...and if you live here and patronize our local Post Office then I'm 100% certain you know why.
