I went to World Market to find all of the items that I needed for my Christmas Charcuterie boards that I was making for some clients. I found everything I needed and more, even some swanky little dips and jellies. Their lavender honey spread it just divine.

I stopped by to pick up a few treats for my long 3 day weekend. I got wine, tea, chocolates, candle holders and a few food items. I used the coupon they sent me to get a free small tin of Bridgerton tea. I love how they give you free stuff with a purchase. The lady at the register was very nice too. Great customer service with a smile. I will be back soon.

BUYER BEWARE: This store does not honor prices posted on product shelves. Recommend consumers to be vigilant on the price rung up at the checkout stand. There is a good chance it will be significantly higher than the price posted on the product or the product shelf.

When I found this pasta at Cost plus world market I couldn't believe my eyes. It is a real Bergamo Italy pasta made with Italian semolina grain. Don't tell anybody this is a secret because I don't want them to run out. It reminds me of the pasta back in the days when Barilla used to be.

Excellent customer service. I highly recommend World Market for not only their customer service, but the quality of their merchandise as well. All of my culinary is from World Market, kitchen items, and some furniture. They have the best candles and I have gotten quite a few jewelry pieces from World Market over the years. Their food items are rare and sooo good. They have the best chocolates. This is one of their best stores in the LA area. The store is always clean and styled nicely. I love how everything is organized there are many sections to look at. Always great seasonal selections to choose from - many Christmas items. The staff here are super friendly and helpful. Great store, great finds, great staff.10/10!!!!

We visited WORLD MARKET, but unable to find what we were looking for I proceeded to the check out and asked Michael (the manager)if the store would get any in before Christmas, the response back ( no Idea what you are talking about ) I tried to explain it was an Item WORLD MARKED normally carry, but Michael (the manager) definitely was not interested in hearing nor learning or helping, but he did ring up one extra charge at the bottom of my bill, I had not bought Just to show how much WORLD MARKET value there customer....It is hard to believe how rude Michael (the manager) was and that attitude was with out even trying...TO WORLD MARKET, PLEASE CHECK YOUR STORE AND LOOK FOR A NEW (Michal manager) ..

Today I feel very happy to be treated like a person. I ordered an online pickup and was treated very well from the moment I walked in to the very end. I was in the area and my online order wasn’t ready yet.
The lady that deals with online orders was totally amazing. She helped me out by asking another employee to help me out since my order wasn’t ready.
Michael is such an awesome guy that helped me with my orders. This is what you call a great customer service! He was so helpful and very respectful. Thank you so much guys for all your help, I will continuously go to this world market location! You guys are awesome!

Do not under any circumstances order curbside pickup items from World Market if you need an item quickly. I placed an order 45 minutes before closing only to be told by the manager that orders take anywhere from 60-90 minutes to drop to their fulfillment system to be picked. When I asked if I could just simply grab my items and show him my proof of purchase at checkout, he said no. When I asked if he could cancel my order he directed me to my order receipt for a link to cancel on my own that was mysteriously non-existent. Thankfully he offered to cancel my order when it was received on their end but not once did he or any of his employees in ear shot offer to guide me to my items to locate them more quickly. I spent the next 30 minutes of time scouring the store for 2 items that ended up being right at the register the entire time. To say I was frustrated was an understatement. The manager (middle aged, black, heavy set with a beard) has no interest in delivering world class customer service and is generally lazy and incompetent. Good luck retaining customers with that piece of work leading the team. No wonder no one shops here. Hopefully this review helps someone else avoid a similarly poor experience.

I'm so obsessed with Workd Market. It is my favorite store so I decided to check this location out while I was staying nearby. I had such a blast wandering the floor exploring all the goodies. It's hard to restrain myself though because I want everything!!! Next time I need something for our house, I know where I'm going because they without a doubt have the style I want.

Neat place to spend a few hours. Great selection of wine and lots of other household items. I bought some beautiful Crystal wine glasses and some pasta and sauce for dinner. I also picked up a wreath for my door and a candle that gives my home a beautiful, welcoming smell. I'll definitely come back when I have more time to browse.
