I had a appointment scheduled for 2 weeks. I received 100 confirmation text from the bank to confirm the appointment. I arrived 15 minutes early and the lady came to me to say that the banker had to leave for a emergency. Now why didn't you even notify me before I leave my job to come here. Then she wanted to reschedule to another day. Well because I'm a problem solver I asked if she could reschedule in another branch. So because of me I was able to get an appointment. That's why my business is with chase. Customer service here is trash.

I walked in today looking for help for the first time ever, i was looking to get support from my bank during a stressful situation and hoped they'd be there ever step of the way. This was super disappointing and will be changing banks as soon as possible because the whole reason I had W.F was because it was walk in bank.

Very friendly, polite & effective. There is a customer service representative making sure that every customers needs are met approaching everyone in line and ensuring that only the ones that really need to go inside do. It saves everyone time.

DO NOT TRUST THIS BANK WITH YOUR MONEY, INVESTMENTS OR CREDIT. They have ZERO integrity & the employees are criminals & liars. Smh. I have banked with Wells Fargo for over a decade. I have maintained 6 or more excellent accounts with them. When my children were young I opened a teen account for both of them to teach them money mgmt. When my daughter turned 18 I removed myself from her account & she was off to college. When my son turned 18 he lost his debit card. I went into the bank to order a card and was informed that I needed to be removed from his account. I was told to bring him in for the process & as per their request I brought him back, removed him & replaced his debit card. Now he is 22 yrs old. He lost his wallet with his ID/debit card and had fraudulent activity on his acct. Since age 18 when my son/daughter were removed from the joint acct I never received a single correspondence regarding their accts.. Suddenly, after his fraudulent activity, WF sends a letter linking our acct together again I immediately went in asking why I was being linked to his acct again. I gave them the exact location and time in which this took place and they confirmed that the appt took place but that he was not removed. Now I went back to the WF for that specific reason as directed by the banker. This is why they are CRIMINALS & should not be trusted. They quickly closed my sons acct with me linked and canceled my credit card which dropped my credit score from 751-690 instantly. I also found out that they never officially removed my daughter who is now 25 from the joint acct but again the correspondence from each of those accts stopped when we removed me from them. The banker tried to remove my daughter and it took 3 attempts over 3 days to keep the acct from attaching me back to her acct. Now there is nothing in there notes showing that the acct kept reverting back to me & it took 3 attempts over 3 days. I went back and forth with their executive offices to NO AVAIL. Now I was able to show the location of the branch & appt that took place when my son was removed nearly 4 yrs prior and it took 3 attempts to remove my daughter the 2nd time at age 25 and I've had perfect banking on my behalf for over a decade. It is more logical that the banker failed to properly notate the meeting rather than me failing to remove it. The executive branch also LIED & directed me to remove my son again after the closing of my acct pretending that she would be able to reopen my credit card which now appears as debt. They did that to act as if that was when I actually removed my son. Just despicable. WF has been proven publicly to have stolen from its customers repeatedly and clearly have zero integrity. They profited along with many other Top Tier banks over 14 trillion on slavery & have refused to hire any person of color in any high ranking position over the next 10 years so that should tell everyone exactly who they are dealing with. I will be discontinuing all business with these CRIMINALS immediately. CONSUMER BEWARE

Worse bank ever. Just because they have access to your account don't give them the right to take your money and that's what they will do. My I.D. was stolen even though I did nothing wrong they charge me $180 stating legal fees though I asked for no attorney they took this money without consent they could not explain where it went nor why. 10 years later after not being able to explain why they took it they straight out just told me I'm not getting it back. Final decision. Do not do business with these crooks it could happen to you

They don't care about the community they're serving. They want you to bank there and pay for parking after hours....3 huge lots in an area where people rent and have no where to park.... it's shameful! It's always about the almighty dollar!!
