Never have I encountered a "manager" in retail customer service oriented environment as rude and dismissive as Nelly. Does Walmart train there employees not to help customers find items? Does Walmart train there employees to tell customers "whatever is there is what we have" without even trying to help the customer find the item? I hope not.

Terrible service. confirming rude and unprofessional service. Always say reattooms are closed. This store needs a visit from the regional manager. New staff and retraining is required. How are elderly folks with bladder issues supposed to relieve themselves while waiting for their meds if the restroom is always closed? That's lazy people not wanting to keep them clean.

I went to get antibiotics that was prescribed in the morning. I stood in line and when it was my turn they told me to come back because it's soon their lunch time.It was still 40 minutes left til (Lunch time)I talked to Dr. Caroline Pham to understand what was going on. To my surprise, I was treated very poorly. I am in health care and am a doctor myself. I don't know how they can stay in business like this ? Good luck

Rude and unprofessional. My prescription was sent in yesterday at 2:30, went in at 7:30,not ready. Called in at nine am today, they need medical card information. Received no call. Lady rude and over talked me. A lot of Asian people are rude and disrespectful to blacks. But real nice to black men.My doctors office called and gave her the exact information I tried to give her and she finally excepted. I’m not even going to shop at this store any more. Prescription still no ready! DAMN SHAME!

Big don't seem to care about American citizens. They just seem to care about the American dollar they get from them. I want to have a prescription filled her. They could've called until my doctor when he didn't have it but they lied and said okay Avenue Kogarah for nothing I don't care about patience, American citizen's just the money. Don't be a person of colour going there. You will be treated with disrespect.

05/17/2023 went to the store at 8:15 pm. I went to get good deals which is I did. I love walgreens but my oh my the lady that works at the cashier is rude. Yikes.

Walgreens has a large parking lot with handicap ♿️ parking spaces. They also have a drive-thru prescription pickup window. Inside, there are a variety of products ranging from make-up to some grocery items. The pharmacy personnel know their job & are easy to talk to as are all the other employees.

Been here twice. First time to pickup a package, which took a bit longer it should have. Second time was for my passport picture, which went really well and quick. Shout out to Patty! :)

I see why this place gets horrible reviews. The customer service is trash. The Associate seen me walking up and stood there he walked to the back. Then I heard him say “let them wait” when the other associate was attempting to help. Smh I’ll gladly go to another location since Glenn don’t want to help people.

Just wanted 1 photo. Turns out they don't have anyone there or who knows how it works. The side of the store is completely dark. I am glad I didn't pay because I am sure I wouldn't have gotten a refund.
