Ordered pictures online and went to the store to pick them up because it said they were ready. I got to the store and the girl at the photo area was very rude and stated doesnt matter what online says but sorry they are closed(they were not closed). I said I drove over here to pick them up and pay because it stated they would are ready. She said doesn't matter they are closed(still 20 min before store closes). Not only was it a waste of time driving over here for pictures that I online stated were ready, but to be greeted with rudeness made the trip all that much worse. I remember why we stopped shopping at Walgreens inconvenient and horrible customer service. Had other items to purchase. Walked out instead. Smh

Poor customer service and extremely slow. I will never come back here again. I would rather drive 20 miles out of the way than to wait here.

This is a horrible pharmacy. They made an issue with my doctor when a new doctor within the office I went to made a new prescription for me. Their solution was to \\\"just go to a new doctor\\\". That's not how that's supposed to work. Also, they keep you on hold for 20 minutes and just hang up on you.

I've been coming here for years to pick up my moms medicine and the staff is always so kind. The pharmacist will call my mom every time she gets a new medication just to make sure everything is going well. Whenever we have insurance issues they are so helpful. They're always a little busy probably cause they so efficient and kind. Thanks for the hard work

I just had the pleasure of speaking with Faith tonight in the pharmacy who advised me I'm not allowed to call the pharmacy to ask if they have my prescription in stock or not? I have been going here for a year now and never heard of this. I just had a doctor's apt and my doctor asked that I call to see if they had it in stock before she sent the script over. I always have issues with this pharmacy. I do not recommend them at all.

When trying to call pharmacy I either spending 40 mins on hold or hang up on me.. If I have questions about my meds being filled they should take a min to talk to people on the phone

I like this location its cery well stocked. Lots of parking. Handicap parking upfront. Curbside pickup is fast. Employees are amazing.

Racist Hispanic lady would not sell me medicine until some Hispanic guy still shopping finished shopping brought the rest of his items to the register after I was waiting there told to wait for him to finish his shopping to checkout after him and to calm down little black girl...I am 35year old grown woman and mind you it is 10pm nobody goes to Walgreens at 10pm for anything but necessities. Horrible service racist and unprofessional. They need to get new cashiers to replace this evil racist. I'm not the first nor will I be the last if they keep her employed that will have to deal with her trump for Hispanic self. I did not buy the medicine there and have to wait until the morning to go to another store unfortunately.

One star too many. Pharmacy here is staffed by inconsiderate jerks. Emergency room doctor submitted prescription for anti seizure at 5am. These jerks turned us away at 130 because they were going to lunch and couldn't be bothered to issue the medication. Instead they felt it was alright to send someone who spent the night in the emergency room away and have them come back after their lunch. $^#@%$

This place here treats all the customers as potential criminals. They lock everything up and hard to find someone with A key. Took a pain prescription waited 2 hours then said they had no such prescription no record of me. I was in so much pain started yelling and they found my prescription and had to wait againI do not recommend. I only go cause I live near.

AHHH very annoying place! A lot of Walgreens are frustrating to deal with, but this one is very slow, doesn't have very many products for sale, has most of them locked up, and the service isn't too good. They don't know how to use the coupons on the Walgreens app. Go to another location if you can.

This is by far the slowest pharmacy in all of creation. I didn't mean to come here, I was actually searching for a different Walgreens further down the road. BIG mistake. Brought my mother for shingles/pneumonia shots, and not only did it take close to 2 hours to complete the entire thing, (paperwork, waiting, waiting and did I mention waiting??) we had to come a 2nd time for the second round of shots. Thank Jesus we showed up an hour early, because we are STILL sitting here waiting for her to get her shots. I hope to never have to set foot in this establishment again. It doesn't make sense to be this slow on a SATURDAY. We just want to go HOME.
