Management for the business side of Verizon always seems to be on vacation or just not present at all. They are clearly paid mainly on commission enabling them to do this.When I first inquired for Ipads for my business it was just to see what the monthly payments would be for full service. The rep charged me for 2 ipads and full services without my consent of purchase. Also many other careless mistakes on the invoice.I receive 4 bills that I enquired about over the phone with Verizon and they tell me verbatim "We are experiencing a high volume of fraud where people are impersonating Verizon. Throw the bill away, don't worry about it." I responded that the bill reflected perfectly what a Verizon statement should look like. Still they insisted not to worry.Then comes a collections notice for items I never consented to purchase nor picked up / used. Products and services that where never provided.I spent countless hours trying to work this out over the phone with no progress. If this results in a negative impact on my credit score I will be pursue legal action.I will update the review tomorrow if I hear back from them as promised with a written statement relieving me from collections and all payments.Be carful dealing with the business department.

Worst store ever!!!!7 specialists are free, but they made me wait the “only one” who could help and of course he was helping someone for an hour. Then I gone.

I went to the Verizon store to get my mother a prepaid phone and the guy in the store. Completely lied to me. They told me that it was unlimited data text and calling for one year so I paid them 8378 after two months they cut the phone off and she was left without a phone stranded so I called Verizon to see what was going on Verizon said oh you need to pay monthly for this phone minimum $35 a month so it was not unlimited for one year like they said complete scam I would’ve just gone with T-Mobile and use them instead . Now, when I try to call the store directly, all it does is refer me to the 800 Verizon store number very unhappy. I’m gonna have to go to the store directly to complain as well as file a Better Business Bureau complaint against them. I would suggest never using Verizon for this reason.

Maureen has been wonderful on two different occasions that I have been at this location. Always shared the current promotions with us. I was able to upgrade my two sons phone on different occasions and got a free tablet for my husband. And she has a great smile when assisting us. Thank you.

I went in to the store to buy a new phone on my existing plan and the customer service reps in the store told me to either go to Bestbuy or call Verizon's customer service line. I went to Bestbuy and got a phone there instead. It seems like a total waste of money for Verizon to pay people to work at a store if they can ONLY help you open a new line.

Horrible, they now charge $29.00 to assist replacing a screen protector that was bought at their store, that was over $130.00. Verizon is trash now!!! I would avoid coming here period.

Weird customer service lady, she had a very nonchalant attitude,She wasn't mean and she wasn't real friendly. Customer service lady kept pulling out her cell phone texting someone the whole time we were there purchasing a phone. Wasn't very pleased with the customer service.

Horrendous customer service. I spoke with the manager and a sales person on simply switching my sim card. I'm assuming it was the lack of commission that caused them to care so little about helping me.Salesman was a bald gentleman with a beard and tattoos who left me to go make a sale when I made a call we were speaking about to verify account information.The manager was a burly bearded gentleman, who was equally as horrible as the salesman, not because he told me he had to follow policy and couldn't help me right away, but because when I asked if he would help me once I followed his steps, he was hands off and said someone else would help, because he had to go stand at the door. Who says that to a customer? And to have a manager with this attitude makes complete sense as to why the people he is managing are of the same caliber.I don't know why he was told to speak with me in the first place when he didn't want to come across friendly or helpful. I'm an easy person to please but after being here for 30 mins and being given this impression by staff, I've been more than willing to give my honest review on what was a horrible experience, end to end with this specific store.It is called customer service for a reason. I hope everyone planning to come here heeds my warning about this store. They don't deserve any of the business they receive.

Wish I could give zero stars. I have been here several times over the years and have NEVER left satisfied. great if you need to make a payment. HORRIBLE for anything else!!! Switching to T-Mobile!

Thank you Elizabeth and the Verizon team for your excellent customer service! This is my "go to" Verizon store and have been coming here for the last 12 years since I have joined Verizon. I went in today to purchase a car charger and was both greeted and helped immediately. Two team members were ready to help me. Elizabeth quickly found a car charger I was happy to purchase. I proceeded to ask questions regarding any current sales on accessories to which Elizabeth advised there is a 50% off accessories. She continued to answer my questions with knowledge and accuracy. I really appreciated the kindness and prompt assistance and would like to encourage other customers to let the team know how they are appreciated, especially during this busy holiday season.

Not sure what happened to Verizon. I always thought they had decent customer service, even though their price was a bit high. That all changed recently. They are out of stock on most phones, and the people that work at Verizon are very rude. I get better service at a dispensary, or even Starbucks.I made an appointment at 6pm, and arrived there on the dot. When I got there, a lady (with glasses and highlights) saw me and told me to wait, and proceeded to help another guest who walked in after me. The lady totally pretended like I wasn't there, and made me wait 15minutes. After that, she walked over and asked if I wanted to check-in. I told her my appointment was at 6pm, and then she replied, I would be placed in the waiting line, until someone could assist me. I ended up leaving without waiting. I was not upset at waiting, but there were other folks who did not have an appointment who were being helped. It almost seem like the staff didn't want to help me. From listening to conversations around me, I found out Verizon doesn't even have the iPhone 14 Plus, so I had no reason to be there. I just found it funny that everywhere in their website advertises the phone, but none of their stores carry it. Which is fake advertising. They also have an appointment system that doesn't work. And their workers are less helpful than those working at Starbucks. I have a family plan on Verizon, I have never felt more determined to switch to another carrier.

Very unprofessional for a business. They took my phone in for a trade-in and told me it was taken care of, but I started receiving emails that my trade-in had not been processed. After 3 visits to the Verizon store in person, customer service was able to track the order number that shipped from the store and tell me when it delivered where these incompetent workers couldn't tell me anything about my account aside from "it's not our responsibility to look after your phone... maybe you just accidentally left it here". I just spoke to customer service who helped resolve my case 1000 times faster than these people. Do not buy from this store and do not trust these liars.
