The lady working here is scamming people, she charged me and refused to give me receipt or my gas and then kicked me out when I asked for my receipt because I was giving an attitude? I’m monitoring my card now for any unusual charges AVOID AT ANY COST!!! :/

If you can avoid this station, AVOID it! There seems to be a selective process for paying at the pump, as opposed to having to go inside and pay. SEVERAL TIMES, I’ve inserted my card, at the pump and get a message to go see the cashier, who has to do the transaction. Some people are required, others not. I’d had enough on this rainy day. What’s the problem, and who determines the selection? I will avoid this station and tell others to avoid it as well!

Almost all of the pumps do not take any form of card payment because the machines are broken. The nozzles do not stay in your car while refueling they fall out, the gas is much more money than even an Arco gas station and the people that frequent there are sketchy, I had one guy come up to me holding something under a blanket that looked like a weapon ask me for money. There are many homeless people that frequent there.

1 am a palled by the behavior of the staff that they choose to represent this company. nobody has to put their business out there, but my mother is a senior, especially just lost her husband, and all she wanted was to pump some gas at 6:30 in the day just because she knocked on the door. This staff member refused to give her gasoline because she said that she was a nuisance. I don't understand what kind of people get these kinds of atrocious animals to work and represent humankind. It is February 13, 2023, 7:10 PM.I'm writing this figure it out. However, has hired this atrocious Animal to work and represent society just selling gas should be fired on the spot and I am planning on taking this to corporate. And this woman to boot had no name tag. She threatened screamed and denied service to my mother for no damn reason."It's my lunchtime and you're bothering me just for that. I'm not going to go let you pump any gas here. If management doesn't cover this, sure will.By the way, there's never a time in the day that the phone is not busy on purpose

I get gas here 3 times a week, and have for 4 plus years. A full tank is 50-60 dollars, so around 600 a month. Just now, Sunday 3/24 10:30 AM, I went there for 10 bucks in gas with quarters as payment. I left my wallet at work and have no access to funds to fill the tank like I do each Sunday. The cashier said she could not take my quarters as she had too much change already. I won't be spending a dime at your station again. Im sure my conversation is recorded on your security system.

GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE. I go here all the time after work and I called today over some pump confusion- wasn't sure if it was me, my fuel gauge or their pump. NANCY helped me and turns out it was just me misreading the pump or something. I felt d*** but she was so nice!
