The manager Maria A gave the worst customer service ever. She was extremely rude and hiding items. 2 different workers brought out hello kitty blankets from the back for 2 different people. One person got one blanket and the other got two. I asked for one and a worker confirmed they had one more in the back but told me they couldn’t bring it out. I asked to speak to the manager and she said even though we both saw workers bring out the blankets she could not do the same for me. She was heavily discriminating against me and I do not understand why she allowed 2 other people to get 3 blankets when I just asked for 1. She had the most negative attitude.

The place is good, however it needs more variety since on other occasions I have found a lot of brand name clothing and this time not so much. The staff has very good customer service.

I love tjmaxx, I think it’s a great store. Unfortunately an employee working in the fitting room today decided that it was ok to ask to carry my baby. Super unprofessional please speak about how irresponsible and unprofessional this is to your staff.

Had to return online stuff and bought other stuff. 4 star is because most of the isles are not big enough to even get a cart through or fit a disabled person to get through with walker/wheelchair.

The customer service is poor. Ruth, the dressing room lady stands there and does nothing. My gf was trying on clothes and I went to look and she started arguing with me in the hallway. I didn't even go into the dressing room and she had to create a scene at the store. She doesn't do anything but lean on the wall and talk shit in Spanish like I don't understand.
