T.J. Maxx is a large off-price retailer offering an ever-changing selection of high-quality, brand name and designer fashions at amazing value. The store is consistently described as neat, tidy, and clean, with a great selection that includes a fully stocked Korean skincare section and maintained sale racks. Staff provide very good customer service. However, some reviewers note a need for more variety in brand name clothing on certain visits. The store requires masks and hand cleansing upon entry. A significant drawback mentioned is that the aisles are not big enough for carts or disabled persons with walkers, and shopping carts are not allowed outside, which can be inconvenient.
