I don't want to give any stars to that location. I want a new phone with a new line. I asked the associate to help me with the 2023 moto razor 2023. He answered back and said I had to purchase the phone out side the metro shop. He sucked but the metro PCS is great. Don't go there. I am not.

First thing First NELLY L was completely amazing with helping me.. she gave me the best alternatives as well as other plan options to accommodate all my needs... Once we found the suitable device she took the time to help me set it up and I greatly appreciated how she help me even download the apps...we both were struggling trying to figure out how to sync apps from phone to Apple Watch lol...But finally we got it to work lol and after an 1hr 30min reviewing the plan device payment and setup I'm totally happy just from her assistance alone. Thank you Nelly SO MUCH for your patience kindness and support I promise I'll come back to this T-mobile for sure just for her help!!!

They were very helpful, if you are patient and polite they will do everything to help you, my phone has been acting up and needed an ESIM, it took some trouble to set it up but they were persistent, a lady helped me, I think she was the manager, very helpful.

Bad service, we arrived at seven o'clock, the manager attended to us in a hurry, suggesting that they could not resolve our concerns and practically left us talking to ourselves. New clients arrived and she moved them for the next day. The impression is that she was in a hurry to close. I think I heard her name Jazmín Very Slow attention in this Store

Well, Nadine C. beat me again to review a California T-Mobile location! My wife and I were shopping in Manhattan Beach and remembered free ornamental drinking glasses were available to T-Mobile customers. Fortunately, they still had some to hand out and it is probably one of the better gifts this year. My wife wanted to get another one, but there is such a thing as too much of a good thing. Besides, there are people working today, so save the glass cups for the working folks too!

Watch Out with Sales Representative Issac Gomez!!! On 10/01/23, I upgraded my service & devices, and I paid for 2 new iPhone 15 ProMax (to be delivered by mail) and 1 iPhone 15Pro. The Sales Representative, Issac Gomez, ended up adding an additional service on my bill that I never requested (Insurance for the devices, how sneaky and smart eh?). You better look at your tricky bill that Wireless Companies put together. I never received my 2 new iPhones because TMobile is using UPS, and both devices disappeared from the Gardena UPS warehouse, and UPS never delivered them. Now I'm in the claim process with TMobile to refund my $ for what I paid and never received, is been over a month and nothing yet, TMobile representatives always have excuses and excuses that their research team is investigating and investigating with UPS. I cant wait until I get the refund and disappear from T-Mobile monthly gain report.On 12/01/2023, I filed a complaint with the Federal Communications Commission (FCC) and Federal Trade Commission (FTC) because TMobile does not want to address my complaint and does not want to reimburse my money for the 2 iPhone 15ProMax that will never be delivered because they disappeared on it's way to my home...aka, stolen.I encourage every client that goes through the same, to follow-up your complaints with these agencies and see if a better Cust Service is delivered.

This place is lawsuit waiting to happen. I came here to look at upgrade options from a iPhone 13 Pro Max to the 15 pro max. I walked 6 minutes after 10 to see if they had any in stock and was told they do. She said we only have blue okay no worries but is a pro max with 256gb. She said yes.The associate asked me for my ID and phone number to which I gave her. I didn't know they needed the ID but okay sure. I asked what would I have to put down in order to keep my bill the same as well as what the break down would look like. She told me she'll look into it towards the end okay. I asked again the phone you guys have is the pro max 256 gb she gets an attitude and said yes we only have 2 both are 256 blue pro maxes I check already............. The phone is brought out and the promotion doesn't work hmmmm guess why when she scanned it? it was a 500gb (not like it says it on the box) okay so you checked great confidence champ. What ever I say look I don't mind ordering the phone and having it shipped I want to put down what ever is needed to keep my bill the same said it like 5x before the order began she confirmed what needed to be put down and said I should have received an email. I showed her I didn't yet and I gave it to her and asked was it any of the emails I just received from you as I received 2 back to back apparently while she had the phone, a 3rd one came in and required a signature but I didn't sign it. I found out when I left with no paperwork cause they don't "give it until it ships" when I called t mobile customer service to which they were shocked all this was done. I filled a complaint with them directly and called the store on 3 to file a complaint with the store manager. Even corporate was confused on the things said on our call. Stay away from this store they are only there to make a sale at any cost, lack of accountability and management. Also what the amazing associate signed for me was increasing my bill by $30 so theres that.

I went in today for the free tmobile cooler bag and the Manager by the name of Mino (Apologize if spelling is not correct) was very helpful. I'm on crutches and he even helped me by walking me back to the car. Great Service!!!+

Lili who works at this store is a model of what wireless customer service should be! She was very patient and helpful trying to transfer a number while training a new associate. I've had some good interactions with TMobile associates despite the arcane systems Tmobile seems to make them use, and Lili is one of the best!

A joke when it comes to customer service! This store has the worst service I've ever had in my life. Tuesday morning my led screen went out (not my fault and told its a common defect on Samsung phones by T-mobile customer rep and associate at Redondo Beach mall store). The associate here looks at phone and agrees its messed up and not my fault and asks the shift manager if they can exchange it and agrees. The order is put in but sent to store closer to my home in Moreno valley. Thursday night I go to exchange phone and store denies it due to the screen which was approved by associate here on Tuesday and his shift manager. Friday morning I go back to this store and talk to associate Nelly who was no help at all and then got the store manager (forgot the name) and told him the story and said they should honor the order they placed at the store Tuesday. He declined and I asked him what happened with customer service? And he replies this is great customer service. I laughed and let them know corporate will find out. I call T-mobile customer service and let them know. In 20 minutes I'm approved for the exchange but at a corporate store, since this one is a franchise. Customer service also said this store and manager will be disciplined accordingly since they are making their own rules up here. I go to the Redondo Beach mall store and phone exchange in 15 minutes! THE ASSOCIATE TELLS ME THIS HAPPENS ALL THE TIME AND THEY EXCHANGE THEM ALOT!!! Totally different then what this store says. Now I just want to warn goto a corporate store since these franchises are making their own rules which shame the company. Never go here!!!

I have had hit and miss with customer service at this store. But if you happen to get a woman to help you, you'll be happier than if you had a man helping you. At this store only though, haven't experienced it anywhere else.
