My experience was terrible. The cashier would not allow me a refill on my drink even though I picked up my order from this location. It should state somewhere that I would have to pay for a refill. Thst is absolutely ridiculous. Also his dental hygiene was very bad. He had black teeth which is very disgusting seeing him make people's food.

So, I tried using the subway app for the first time and the experience was excellent. I was able to do everything I'm able to do in person at the restaurant besides... watching them actually make my sandwiches. App was flawless. Curbside service pick up was perfect. I specifically ordered two sandwiches with 50% more meat and once I got home that wasn't the case. I called the restaurant and told them I didn't receive what I paid for and there was probably a mistake because I ordered 50% more meat and my sandwiches weren't loaded with it. The lady over the told me she made them herself and then tried telling me what I ordered, she was wrong. I didn't order what she told me. I then read my order to her and she said "it has it, I made it." It's not about the meat at this point, but how it was handled. A simple I'm sorry would have done the trick but instead, they're getting this review. Won't be using curbside again and definitely not this subway again. Thanks for the epic customer service and properly handling the situation. Hats off!

Usually get my sandwiches here, they honor coupons and order thru the app, so I just order online , go to place and always ready by the time I arrived, staff is helpful and subs are yummy ??.

Looking forward to trying out this new subway sandwich. Happy to have caught their latest freebie while checking in on my emails.5 stars for this free offer from Subway. Pressure on the workers, but I think I'm early enough to catch them at a good time. Can't say they would be this easy going later on in today's shift.

Now that I found the right subway. Today went in and grabbed a soda let one of the workers know I'm going to get back in line because I kind of figured I was suspicious. The whole time she was looking at me with the look that could kill. The look didn't change until I ordered my food then everything was all right. I don't know if that's the franchise owner but I've been in that shop a couple times before. I know it's been a while but still.

TRASH BAG EXPERIENCE. I mean just an absolute disappointment. You know what, let me start off by saying this is not the employees fault. They were actually helpful. I placed an online order at 4:30pm, the site took my money and told me it would be ready for pick up at 4:45. I’ll make a long story short it didn’t pop up in their system, and I didn’t get my food until 5:20pm, after waiting around and not knowing what to do. And I did all that waiting around for 4 little slices of roast beef on my sandwich.Bottom line, The online order system is garbage, and I had a trash experience.Absolutely disappointed.Only giving 5 stars because the employee’s kindness was 5 stars.

If I can give less than 1 star I would. Waited patiently in line nearing the end when 2 people walked to the register and the people behind the counter started making their order. Subway should hire more people to do online ordering only! You can't judge the line if you don't know how many online orders are going to cut you off.

I always forget to change my pick-up location to the one off El Segundo, this location is garbage. If you place a mobile order, don't expect it to be ready. In fact, this is the 3rd time I've come in to find my sandwich partially complete and left out while they help other people.
