This is the only dealership I like the most. I have so many problems with the dealership in Ford Marina, and Santa Monica! Especially Santa Monica, they scratched my car and blame it was my fault! The Southbay I had some issues but now all solved by a manager name Gabe. The salesperson who sold me my car promised the trunk table and is been sitting in my house for at least half a year. I decided to complained to Ford South Bay in person and I met Gabe, he just helped me solved the problem within a week! He is so awesome and friendly and very helpful. Every time I have issues or problem he just helped me solve it instantly! Very responsible and I would recommend look for him or even better they should have more people like Gabe in these dealership. The sales manager sucks! I called him for help and he didn’t even reply or call back. Thank you Gabe!!! ?

Want to thank Steve Lopez at the service department for always taking such good care of our vehicles. Many people avoid service at dealerships because they think they are so expensive. But South Bay ford Lincoln is very competitive and you get genuine parts. This dealership is not the nearest to my home but..... they are worth the extra drive. For their skills and honesty. He is the reason I keep buying Ford and Lincoln products and recommend them to all my family and friends. Thank you

I came with my husband for a service on our vehicle recently and the customer service we got was exceptional. One of the cashier, I believe her name was Didi was very professional and welcoming. She helped me with my points and also made sure I had a print out of how much I had left over. I usually don't do reviews but she really made my day because she had such a positive attitude. I hope she gets recognized for all her hard work.

I recently purchased a 2024 Ford Bronco at a dealership over 80 miles away from my house so any aftermarket work/installs would have to be done closer to home. I purchased a trailer tow kit online but needed to have a dealer install due to FORSCAN requirements and it was a little over my head. The dealer I usually have my Fords serviced at is located just 2 miles from my house said they would charge me 5 x what Mike Pendleton (Service Manager) at South Bay Ford/Lincoln ended up charging. So, I drove to South Bay Ford instead of the one 5 minutes from my house. I met with Row (service advisor) at 8am and I was out of there in ONE HOUR. Again, the cost was one fifth of what the Torrance dealership quoted. Row is an excellent service advisor and kept me informed the whole HOUR I was there. Mike Pendleton, the service manager, was very responsive via email and phone the week prior. They have earned my business for all our Fords, even though I must drive 20 minutes further. Thank you and I will see you soon with more aftermarket installs.

I hardly ever take the time to write reviews but in this case I feel it's so justified that I must share my experience. I'm a car guy at heart and for me there's nothing like a long trip to a fun destination on the open road. The only downside for me in most cases is getting it serviced. There is one glowing exception and that's Steve Lopez at So. Bay Ford. I've been taking my vehicles to Steve for over 10 years and each and every time I'm treated with the highest respect and courtesy. Steve always respects my time and insures that our vehicles are repaired and/or maintained correctly every time. If it's something simple like an oil or tire change, he even buys me breakfast while I wait! I highly recommend anyone who wants their Ford serviced professionally with concern and courtesy to make an appointment to see Steve Lopez at South Bay Ford. He takes the pain out of getting your cars or trucks serviced. Thanks Steve!

Needed my car to be assessed thoroughly due to several mistakes made by American Tire. I was told an appointment had been arranged at this Ford location as well as a tow for Saturday morning. Shocking how quickly I was able to have my Mustang "assessed" at 9:06 am according to invoice. I was told prior by ATD that my inspection "may take them 24 hours before it's completed". But it was done before 11 and promised by 5 pm that same day, was I contacted at all? Nope. In fact, when I called Monday it took hours to get ahold of the service advisor. I spoke to several employees on multiple times and was told there was never an appointment in my name, number, car (that's was serviced here less than a year ago), any affiliates of the other parties or their information...there was NOTHING in their system or on my FordPass app. Instant fear of where and what happened to my car that I confirmed was towed there and accepted by the advisor. They couldn't locate my car that there's no record in the system of being in their possession since Saturday morning! They definitely drove it! But didn't run a diagnostic on the car codes even! I'm not really sure what they did with my car because when I got home, the hood latch won't release to open the hood! It's stuck shut! Also when I got to the dealership yesterday the advisor had conveniently disappeared yet again. After feeling totally taken advantage of by both companies, I waited 20 mins for them to find and drive up my car. Super sketchy! But will either companies take responsibility? So far, not at all!

We recently had a service performed on our 2017 Explorer that resulted in the need for an unexpected follow-up service to get a final resolution to the issue. The service we received was great! We were assisted by several team members but we want to mention Row and Mike P. specifically. As a customer service leader, I expect nothing less than stellar service and they did NOT disappoint. Their professionalism was nothing less than superb - from setting up the follow-up appointment to post-service follow-up call. The manner in which they handled such an awkward situation was excellent. Thanks, Row and Mike P. We truly appreciate your efforts in assisting us.

Row is the best Ford service advisor. The service department always gets the work done on time or quicker when most dealers are understaffed and make you wait months or more. They have good techs/mechanics here. Go with Row and you won't be disappointed

My 1st Service experience with SouthBay Ford on Mon Nov 6th 2023.My purchased my pre-owned SUVthere April 30th, 6 months earlier.Loved that I was alerted when Istarted my car Sun night that itflashes time for an oil change.Unfamiliar with South Bay Ford'spolicies regarding servicing, I calledMon morning to see if I needed tomake an appointment.At 9:30a I was told there was a 2 hour wait, but I could still bring my car in.It was 10:30a when I pulled up andwas addressed immediately. I wastold to advance behind the vehiclein front of me and wait in my car tillsomeone came up to me.It was approximately a 10 min wait when Sergio approached my car.He jotted the particulars down on hisclipboard, handed me a $5 breakfastvouched and informed me he wouldfind me when my vehicle was readyin approximately 3 hours, whiledirecting me politely to the waitingroom. The waiting room was pleasant, bright,and clean with several working stations,comfortable seating, tv, an enclosedglass children's play area, all adjacent to the snack bar and dining area.After 2 hours, I decided to takeadvantage of my meal voucher. There was a separate selection for thosewith vouchers and I chose a Turkeysandwich with fries, not expectingmuch but grateful for the customergesture.The service was quick and the sandwich and fries surprisingly very tasty.By 2:00p my car was ready and Sergioescorted me to Courtney, the cashier.At the time I purchased my vehicle, Ialso purchased the 5 year warranty,and therefore surprised when I wasasked to pay $90.83 for my oilchange, having somehow thought italso includes my maintenance.It was 19 years since I purchased mylast car and, being the last customerat South Bay Ford, at 9:30p in theevening, overwhelmed with havingtaken the big step to buy a car andsigning the myriad of paper work,in my naïveté and exhaustion, Ithought the warranty also includedregular maintenance.Sergio attempted to explain thedifference, while Courtney took thetime and kindness to investigate my situation further, by looking into myhistory, and reaching out to the managed for further assistance.Unfortunately for me, the outcomewas not in my favor as I had indeed erroneously misunderstood, andembarrassingly lesson learned, butthe fact that Courtney went out ofher way for me, to search thematter fully, with utmost kindness,empathy and sweetness, the leastI could do for her was to pay herexcellent customer service back witha giant 2 thumbs up from a verygrateful, inexperienced, senior, embarrassed but pleased SouthBay Ford customer.Shout out also to Terrence in Service,for being very polite and having takenthe time to modify my address in thesystem.Thanks to Courtney and Terrence especially, a 5 Star rating from me forSouth Bay Ford E.M.
