Will have my hard of hearing Mom deal with your service department next time. Not worth my time, effort, or energy to advocate for her. Tried to get the service department on the line at 5:30 on evening so that I may make an appointment for her the next morning. No one answered because the person who answers calls says they start cleaning up (even though they close at 6 pm). Luckily I called back and was able to make an appointment for the next day. Brought her car in and dealt with a service advisor who is her "regular" service advisor. Waited a bit but that's ok. What happened next befuddles me. He started out nice but I think he grew impatient with my (our) many questions. I almost feel like he doesn't like his job. After all, our business and questions allow him to have a job. In any case, when he called to tell me my Mother's car was ready, I asked if she could call him back so that she could schedule a pick up. He said, "I'll see what I could do" as if we were inconveniencing him and his schedule. I'm probably not conveying what I need to through this post review but all I know is- I will never recommend this service department nor ever entertain the thought of purchasing a Ford. I'll stick to courteous service reps at Toyota. Next time guys- you can deal with my Mom. I was simply trying to do you a favor!!! Good luck!

Custom ordered a truck which started off easy. Vehicle arrived with some transport damage. Dealer sent it off to be fixed and looks the shop they used did terrible work, the paint job looked like it was the persons first time painting a vehicle. Some have heard of "orange peel" way worse. NOW, for the problem = I cancelled the sale since the vehicle arrived damaged, no way was I going to buy a wrecked brand new vehicle. I had to fight for my 500.00 deposit to be refunded. Made several calls and often lied to about when the refund would post. Finally had to threaten to start calling one of the dealer owners at his home in order to get a refund. Once threatening that (i did have his phone number) finally got my refund. here is pictures of the "repaired" vehicle. Feel bad for whoever bouggt this vehicle if they bought it without noticing the damage.

She made us feel like we were part of her family. She answered all our questions, enthusiastically and really got us excited, and our choice to buy the car. I recently picked up my long awaited Ford Maverick and could not be any happier with my experience with South Bay Ford. My salesperson Vahag Taymizyan was so great to work with. Vahag was very helpful throughout the process, keeping updated with the status of my vehicle and answering all the questions I had along the way. Upon picking up the Maverick, he also went over all the different features and helped me set up my FordPass account. Very smooth and straight forward buying process from beginning to end (as it should be!)If you are looking to place an order for a Ford Maverick or any other Ford, I definitely recommend placing your order at South Bay Ford and working with Vahag. No dealer markups or mandatory add ons (which can't be said for several other dealers I had reached out to prior to choosing South Bay Ford). As you can tell, I'm a very happy customer. I picked up my dream SUV after my reservation was set on July 15, 2020, then I placed my order with Pete January 2021. After waiting a long time I finally took delivery April 2022. Pete has always been so helpful and made himself available to answer any questions I had during the waiting period. When that time came to take delivery, Pete accommodated me on the pick up date as I am not local anymore and he met me on his day off. Pete and Jose made the delivery process a seamless experience and I will forever be grateful. It did take me a while to post my review as I did want to break into my new vehicle and well 14 months and 2 maintenance services (at South Bay Ford) later, this has been by far my favorite of all the cars I have driven of South Bay Ford and Lincoln lot. Ford definitely did not disappoint with the come back of the Bronco. I love my Bronco and yes the wait was worthwhile Thank you Pete, Jose and South Bay Ford for always taking care of me.
