I get on the phone with them until the end and they make sure I know what’s going on and they talk to me and tell me and take care of my money. I have never seen fraud unit as good as Navy Federal is. I guarantee you that I’ve had my stuff scammed and scammers on my account with Bank of America. Their fraud detection people are just security guards compared to Navy Federal officers that take care of any kind of fraud that’s going on my account. I’ve had money taken out of my Wells Fargo, not made by me but I guarantee you Navy Federal would never allow that to happen so if you’re looking for a bank and you have military and you’re able to get it to Navy Federal Credit Union, outstanding credit union and the fees and stuff are superior beyond any credit union I have ever seen thank you Navy Federal and all your employees and everyone who talk to me on the phone thank you very much for treating me like the most important person in the world, and thank you for protecting my money no matter how much it is and make sure it’s always safe in your bank. So, I lined up with the others. Without even asking for assistance, Mr. Ismael Bustamante walked up to me as I was waiting in the line of people. He asked what I needed to accomplish at the bank that day. I explained I needed to do a wire transfer/payment. He told me to follow him to his desk. Once there, he filled out the paperwork . He handled everything and it went through smoothly. Mr. Bustamante's customer service and professionalism were a big PLUS since I didn't know one thing about how to complete the paperwork necessary for the transaction. He's an incredible asset to Citibank and I recommend looking for him if you need to perform anything outside of your normal baking transactions!!!”

My first visit I had an appointment with the bank manager, Nikki Samuels and while waiting in the customer waiting area was pleasantly greeted by several bank employees. Once I met Nikki I could tell she was a wonderful person and her staff had the same amazing presence. I enjoyed my meeting with Nikki who is not only polite and professional but also a positive light in a world often filled with darkness. A great personality and I can see her employers mirror that same glow. On my second visit, the same thing, positive and professional as well as just down to earth pleasant. “Today I entered this branch just to cash a couple of checks. I stood in a line behind approximately 10 others before me. I believe it was the branch manger who came out from behind the tellers counter and asked me to stand in another line to be seen next. She had the warmest smile and said, "you're pregnant, I don't want you to stand in such a long line." She also was polite to the others in line and asked if they mind. Having just left Torrance Memorial Hospital for an unexpected evaluation that left me quite tired and nervous, this really made me feel so nice. I felt kind of bad for everyone else in line, but I also really appreciated the kindness that was extended to me. People always say, "be kind, you never know what someone is going through" was the message that hit home for me today and I'm just so grateful for people like her in this world.
