“The US Storage units are remarkably clean. This is a climate controlled building, so you don't have to worry about excessive heat or mold ruining your household items. The unit I needed was, by far, the lowest priced unit I could find online. Benson, the on-site manager, was exceptionally helpful & professional in dealing with me. They even provide a FREE moving truck to assist you with your move. That is unheard of! I would HIGHLY recommend US Storage to anyone who needs storage space at a low cost, but with high standards.”

Adrian Quiroz was extremely helpful and went above and beyond to help us find the storage we needed.We rented units at another facility nearby to find out by our arrival there was no-one on site to give us the keys and the unit was locked.We called Extra Space Storage and Adrian helped us quickly. “I hired this company to move my things and my vehicle. My vehicle arrived on time and the driver was professional and updated me via text. My property arrived about 6 days late. During that waiting period, I was having a difficult time trying to locate the whereabouts of my things, and I was getting the same reply from the company. My things finally arrived safely and the movers were very polite and professional on both pick up and drop off. Overall with the exception of the additional 6 nerve wracking days of not knowing where my things were at, my experience with this company was a positive one, and I would recommend this company.”

“Set up a move from San Francisco to Austin, TX. I live on the westside in a single family home and had ordered the 7x7x15 container, which was set to cost about $5500 to load and ship. Had good communication with the driver and staff leading up to the delivery of the shipping container.\ \ Sadly they could not accommodate the slight grade of my driveway and could not deliver the container for me to fill for my move.\ \ I emailed for a refund, which was processed quickly except for a $125 delivery fee which went to the truck driver. I thought that was good enough. for 4 stars.\ \ Good experiences with people in their call center overall. The service is a little pricey, but they were proactive enough about handling the delivery failure. 4 stars”
