“I found StoreQest online. I don't know anything about storage units. I shopped around for 2 days, and this was the easiest, nicest experience. The online special was a great deal, everyone is nice, the customer service answered the phone ( a real live person), and they offered the space I needed (5 x5 reduced height). And I don't need a ladder to reach it! This storage company is also in a safe location. Cynthia has been extremely helpful. You won't regret renting a space here. :)”

“Quality movers that do a great job. Had a small move and for the most part all good. Did not know that there was a 1 hour minimum driving time as well. But they adjusted bill somewhat. Will use again next time, but just request a quote with all driving time included.”
“Super great service. They were the only company to come to my house in person to give me an estimate. The pricing was competitive with other moving companies of the same caliber. The Initial moving team that loaded the truck. Was very professional and handled everything with ease. Any issue I had the quote from that crew was “I Got You.” They had solution solutions to all of my moving needs, including creating a Remington bronze statue. Upon delivery, they were on time as told, and very efficient Assembled all of my furniture that was disassembled during the move. The company that came to uncrate my Remington statue was extremely professional also and on time. All of my furniture was wrapped in moving blankets and packed very efficiently. I had zero damage of any of my belongings. The price I was exactly what they quoted. The driver kept me posted as to where he was and what day and time he would be at my house to deliver my belongings. He was on time showed up with a great crew to unload everything put everything in its exact place where I wanted it. I didn’t have to lift a single box. You get what you pay for and it’s worth every penny. If you have questions or concerns about your move, you have easy access to your coordinator. Debbie was fantastic responded very quickly and handled all of my questions and needs for my move. I would definitely suggest blue chip and Allied to anyone who is thinking about moving across country. The company was great to work with, and the process was seamless. Thank you for taking the stress of moving off my shoulders. Great job.”
“Set up a move from San Francisco to Austin, TX. I live on the westside in a single family home and had ordered the 7x7x15 container, which was set to cost about $5500 to load and ship. Had good communication with the driver and staff leading up to the delivery of the shipping container.\ \ Sadly they could not accommodate the slight grade of my driveway and could not deliver the container for me to fill for my move.\ \ I emailed for a refund, which was processed quickly except for a $125 delivery fee which went to the truck driver. I thought that was good enough. for 4 stars.\ \ Good experiences with people in their call center overall. The service is a little pricey, but they were proactive enough about handling the delivery failure. 4 stars”

“Extra space storage is a clean facility,
Brittney, Juan and jasmine are true professionals at their jobs. The storages are almost never a 10x10 or the size is never the size when you use a tape measure. They should fix that...a 10X10 should be a true 10X 10 not 9x9 lol ?”
