Today 1/11/24 Cortney the security guard was follwing me around.(2yrs ago)I've been coming here for over 10 years and there's a common occurrence of being followed by security guards. As soon as I walked in the guard name Daniel starts walking around following me. In the span of 10 minutes, he passed by me 4 times. He walked by a couple of seconds ago staring at what I was wearing, so I made eye contact with him, he said "hi" in a squirmish manner, then I replied in a sarcastic manner "hi, there you are again". A few years ago I took a ton of items to the dressing room, so naturally I was in there a while, a security device wasn't secured properly so it fell, but I thought nothing of it. Next thing you know one dim-witted employee comes by and says "you need to stop or I'm calling the cops", I was mortified. I addressed her about the situation and immediately left the store. I'm not spending my hard earned money at an establishment that asks as if I'm committing theft. I shop at Ross a lot, and this is the one that adopts this pattern of practice. Stop
