Giving it 1 star just because I'm not able to give a ZERO star- this lady is beyond rude, unprofessional, and has theeeeee worse attitude to be the " the owner! I called for a blow dry and she said I was able to come in at 3:45pm then she said never mind I have someone else- you can come later no specifying a time. I had a bday dinner at 5pm but I was able to move it to a later time so I called back so see if she was available n she answered the phone saying NO NO I can't take you- you were supposed to come when I told you- she never gave me a time n then she proceeds to hang up. I will never onto this place n I don't recommend this place- typical Cuban attitude!

First time here ... so I called to see if she could take me in that same day, she couldn't, she told me to go the next day. I did. When I got there the door was locked, I called her n she said she locked it because she was taking a lunch break. She seemed bothered when I called her, she told me to wait meanwhile she finished eating. When she was about to cut my hair I noticed a "cash only" sign, so I told her I needed to go get cash, I got up from the chair and she said "u know what just sit down , I already cut my time from eating I'll cut it " wtf ! Lol I didn't know a customer with an appointment was a bother. Anyway, she cut it I went back to pay her. When I got home I noticed my hair was cut real bad ! I just asked for layers. I went with another lady to fix my hair and she told me "well what did she cut all your split ends are still here " . Save yourself 20$ n don't come here !

They are so nice and helpful. You can make appointments. This is the only place that cuts ..my hair right. I have very straight unruly hair with many cowlick s and swirls
