I would never visit this particular establishment because the afternoon manager was unprofessional and rude when I asked a price advance. The only reason why I consider staying and continue shopping and end up spending over $600 is because of the Pleasant sale floor representative.who had an amazing attitude.

MANAGER AT THIS STORE HAS TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS!!I visited this store on Saturday, October 7, 2023 to return a blazer that I bought online and was too small. The manager of this store assisted me. I swiped my credit card that I used to pay for the item and it worked. However, the last 4 numbers on my receipt didn´t match the card that I swiped and I didn´t know why. The manager said that I must have used another card. She questioned why my address was different on the receipt as if I was trying to do something illegal; all in front of other customers. I explained that I picked the item up from a Fed-ex location and the address on the receipt was the Fed-ex location that I picked it up from. She said that I didn´t know what card I used. (As if I was stupid) I showed her on my iphone the card as well as the payment from rainbow that was deducted from the card. She said she never heard of this happening before and laughingly asked other salespeople if they had heard of this happening before; in front of other customers. She even stopped helping me with my return and had a long conversation with another customer; in Spanish. This customer had just been helped by another salesperson. Even though my swiped credit card worked, I was only allowed credit or a gift card. The manager told me to hurry up because she had to help someone else. I did an exchange. I called customer service after I left the store and asked for a supervisor. The person that I spoke with said sometimes credit card companies use other numbers for payment instead of the actual credit card number when orders are done online. I called my credit card company and that is what happened. The company used a virtual card number to protect my privacy online. However, that number is linked to my actual credit card and the manager could have continued to process the return after I swiped my actual credit card. I used to love Rainbow but after this experience; I will never shop there again.

I used to like coming to this store but honestly I have had not just one incident but a few they are not kind to customers they make your shopping experience very uncomfortable you get in and get out upset you feel a very bad vibe coming in to this store every single time I come in I live far now I used to live near and bought lots of clothe from this store once I complained to the upper management it seems they haven’t done much they are still rude and have such attitudes really bad customer service…. I had lots of clothe that I wanted to try in this visit so they keep their dressing room closed don’t know why they have it you can’t even try anything next to the mirror in their store to see if the items will fit as I mentioned I live pretty far now and there is no rainbow close to where I live I was in the area and decided to give them another try because I like the discounted prices but it’s not worth the aggravation the attitude and the bad experience every time I come in it’s definitely not worth it never coming back here again nowayyy it’s their loss I was gonna but again lots of items as usual well they just lost a good customer

I discovered this store while frantically looking for sunglasses during my work-driving shift. I had been to two pharmacies with zero luck on finding anything stylish.Rainbow had not only a great selection, they actually had styles that are in fashion in 2021! I ended up buying four pairs!But the best part of this shopping experience, was entering the store, and getting a friendly hello from the associates, who was working near the front of the store. And the associate who rang up my transaction, was so friendly, and engaging. I was in such a hurry, i forgot to get their names, but it was AM, today.These two gals are the reason I plan on returning! I can tell they're probably really good at offering their style expertise, too! A+++++++++
