My 3-day old VW got rear ended and I took it straight to Raffi's. They totally got my frustration and concern over my new car never being the same and reassured me that they could handle it. I gotta say, even with a bad case of OCD, I am very happy with the results. Raffi handled all of the insurance process and I could tell he was really looking out for me. Would absolutely recommend Raffi's to another car guy anytime!
