Perfect experience. Rudy and his crew went above and beyond my expectations. Turn around time of only 3 business days on rebuilt motor plus diagnostic/labor on cooling issues. Zero complaints car runs and sounds healthy. Definitely recommend this place thanks Rudy!

My experience at Rudy getting my horn fixed was exceptional. I first contacted him many many months ago about six months and I was not able to go until today. He was very communicative with me and very patient. I contacted him as soon as I had the chance to get there to get my horn fixed, he told me that it would take 25 minutes but I don’t think that I have even been sitting in the office for 10 minutes at this point and he has already come in to say that he’s All done. He provided me with the old dysfunctional part. My horn is now working. I am so happy! And I feel much safer for me and my son . I highly recommend this business to anyone seeking horn repairs, or any work to be done on their Prius at all. Thank you, Rudy!

I had my Prius at another shop for 20 days and they couldn't figure it out. A friend of mine recommended Prius911, I was there no more than 45 minutes and my car was up and running with traction control light off and car going straight. This shop is very knowledgeable and has fast service with great prices.

Amazing service! Thank you to Rudy and his staff for being very helpful and super friendly! They installed a cat shield on my Prius in 15 minutes. I lucked out on finding this place… other places I contacted were overcharging for a cat shield. I’ll definitely recommend this shop to friends. Thanks again!!

When I see a place with only a handful to a dozen reviews that are all 5 stars I think the place must be new to Yelp or the owner has a large, supportive family who all have Yelp accounts. Either way it gives me pause before trying that place. Wow, have you ever seen those reviews where they wish they could give 0 stars; well let me introduce you to a review where the reviewer wished he could give 6 stars!When you talk about a team that is knowledgeable, friendly, more than fair in charging and pricing, and will treat your car like a family member, and are just plain fun to talk to... well if you were to Google it, you would probably get 3 pages of hits for this team!Believe the good reviews!

Great place to bring your Prius. Rudy and his daughter are very friendly and welcoming. His prices are fair and will treat you like family.I had my spark plug and water pump replaced. Rudy can tell you what is most important and what can wait.I’m happy to have found such cool mechanic who is also a Prius enthusiast.
