Went in to get my daughter's dress hemmed and to add fabric to the top. The woman was so nice and friendly and was called us as soon as it was done knowing it was needed the day after. This small business is worth visiting for tailoring needs

Outstanding Service!! I took my daughters homecoming dress to them to be altered without my daughter. I explained that I needed the split to be closed and that she was 16 and her split should represent a 16-year-old. I took the dress in on a Tuesday I was told it will be done on Friday. I had no problem with that. Received a phone call on Wednesday saying that the dress was ready. I am proud to say that they understood the assignment ! And they also secured her feathers

My husband used this business for several years. He suddenly passed away unfortunately. Even though they advertise same day service outside their business, it isn't true. All I wanted was a pair of slacks and a dress shirt cleaned and pressed for my husband to wear for his funeral. I brought it in Saturday. They said it wouldn't be ready until the end of the business day Monday. They smiled the entire time as if it were funny when I questioned why they advertise same day service, and explained to them my husband had been a customer for years....I asked would it be possible to get it Monday by 1:00pm. They said they couldn't....they send their customers clothing to another business to get Service's....so strange. I'd suggest go there 3 days in advance and don't pay attention to their false advertising they have in their window that you get same day service. Unprofessional...and laughed in my face. This place is amazing. I love ❤️ taking my clothes here. I'm not sure of her name, but her and her husband go above and beyond for people. They make sure everything gets done and great customer service.

I have been coming to this cleaners since I was in college and I come all the way from Pasadena for the alterations and cleaning of my delicate clothing and my daughters uniforms for school.Ms Isabel has rescued a great deal of my silk dresses and skirts with new gems and zippers she also works on my teenagers pants and uniforms for school.My daughters favorite pants had a stain that wouldn’t come out and one trip to here they were back to new.I love the alterations she does to the dresses and pants I have if they don’t fit right from the store I can bring in pretty much anything I buy and she is able to adjust it to my body to fit perfectly!My daughters have pants that need hemming and jackets for school and the results are amazing and with two teenagers they are hard to please!The service is one of a kind for Los Angeles they are knowledgeable on fabrics, experts in stains and sweaters and silks! Mrs. Isabel, the owner, is seriously an absolute ANGEL!!! She came to the rescue for me, the night before my Baby Shower! My husband & I had stopped into 3 other dry cleaners prior to finding Praire Cleaners. All of them turned us away in a desperate time of need, due to not wanting to have the responsibility of getting a tough stain out of my dress. We arrived at Praire Cleaners minutes before they were due to close and when I told Isabel my story with tears in my eyes, she immediately sprung into action! She went wayyy above and beyond the call of duty and not only got the stain out of my dress, but also gave us an adorable little blanket for our precious baby on the way! She truly saved the day and brought back our faith in humanity!
