Took my id4 for a recall and door handle issue. Car stayed at the dealer for a week. At pick up my car was brought to me filthy with hard water spots all over the vehicle and stained on the passenger seat where the worked to fix the door handle. I asked the lady that brought the car to me if that’s how this place usually return the cars. She had a nasty attitude and was extremely disrespectful, so I walked back in to speak to my service advisor Marissa, she said everyone is gone for the day and that the supervisor was going to call me the next morning. It has been 4 days and I haven’t gotten a call. Because of this terrible service that cost me $175 to get my vehicle detailed to remove the water spots, I will never purchase another Volkswagen again. Please stay away from this dealership. Very unprofessional and zero business ethics.

The service department is truly awful.
You never know when your car is ready—sometimes days. If they’re making money on the service it’s somehow ready right away. I avoid going there at all cost.

Terrible customer service! They brush you off on the phone and don't care even a tiny bit about your concern saying you should figure out who to call. They don't connect you to different departments internally! Horrible service, staff barely speak English and they don't provide you with rent or loaner cars! Save your money and get car from a different brand. ????
You go all this way and you have waisted your time, and energy. No wonder why LACar guy is closing up their VW branches ?

5 Stars - Exceptional Service at Pacific Volkswagen

I recently brought my Jetta in for service at Pacific Volkswagen on Wednesday, August 14, 2024, and I can't express how impressed I am with the entire experience. My service advisor, Taidy, was nothing short of amazing. She was the kindest and most helpful advisor I've ever encountered, going above and beyond to ensure I understood everything, got the best price, and felt truly taken care of. She made it clear that she was committed to ensuring I didn't experience the same poor service I've endured for the past 10 years at the Santa Monica location.
At the Santa Monica VW dealership, my car was kept overnight almost every time I had any service done, whether it was a simple oil change or routine maintenance, and they never once provided me with a rental car. This has been my reality despite always scheduling the first appointment of the day. My car even suffered electrical damage there during an oil change, which was completely their fault, my car had to be kept for multiple days, and still did not offer me a rental car & spoke to me like I was crazy for asking! The difference at Pacific Volkswagen, thanks to Taidy, was like night and day. She explained that they were busy but assured me they would likely finish my car the same day. If not, she was ready to reserve a rental car for me due to how far I live. True to her word, my car was finished that day!
When I came to pick up my car, Taidy and the entire team around her were incredibly welcoming. I had my nephew with me, and they all took the time to talk to him and ask about his first day back at school. Taidy was so patient and lovely with him, despite his many questions about cars. We even took a walk around the dealership so he could see some cars, and that’s when Earv made my nephew’s day! He let him see inside his favorite car, hold the bow, and take the best photo ever. Earv didn't have to stop his day to do something so kind, but he did, and my nephew hasn’t stopped talking about it. He even showed the photo at school today!
Thank you so much to everyone at Pacific Volkswagen. You all are truly wonderful and were meant to be in the customer service industry. This is the most genuine team I’ve ever had the pleasure of dealing with. You have earned a loyal customer for life!

I think they must have taken the morons who worked at the Santa Monica location and transferred them here. Never have I experienced such bad customer service. If you insist on getting a Volkswagen buy it from a location not owned by LA car guy. The service is so bad it is literally not worth buying from them. My girlfriend told me how bad they were but I thought she was exaggerating. She was not. They are somehow worse.

My Experience with Pacific Volts Wagon was extremely exciting and pleasant, every point of contact give me the kind of attention you wish a dealership would ?
Ricky was my main point of contact and who certainly deserves kudos ? for his professionalism and attention to detail to the information I received and the vehicle I wanted at the price I thought was a deal.
Aaron the person who did the financial finalization was just as professional ? and worked as quickly as possible to get my in my new car ?.
Even with the shortages, they worked hard to find me the car I test drove a couple of days before as people where putting cars on Hold left and right.

This car to me is a class A vehicle ?
From the remote start, climate control to the LED lights front & rear, heated seats, sunroof and hands free truck opens with no fuss. I could go on si head on down to Pacific VW and experience it for yourself, Yoneli also brought some real comfort to the wait for the delivery as they detailed my car and feed me too.
That's what I'm talking about professionalism all around
They all made it a great experience.

Very good dealer! Was very happy to work and meet with William, price was the same as on internet! No any additional very special gps, clear coat or anything like that! We come, make a test drive, say about few little details to clean, and in few days come and by car without any problems! Highly recommend if you want to get the best experience for buying car)

I just got my first car from this dealership. Salesman Chris Estrada helped us out. The entire staff at this facility was super hospitable and kind towards us. Every single employee treated us with respect and always had a smile on their faces. Especially Chris. Chris was so patient and so kind when he worked with us. He helped my dad and I get the best deal on a Volkswagen Tiguan. We had such a great experience and I recommend everyone does business with them!

Susan ahn What a rude lady siting here
We requested oil change and multi check point. Paying around $140 and they found nail on tire and replaced it which we didnt requested . And wasnt sure if they even changed oil . Lady pretended as i am sorry. But was saying “ thats not a huge mistake at all” different branded tire one side without notice to customer is big mistake
Every one . Plz dont come to this location
They even quote me $99 for cabin air filter replacement. I can do it $22 myself takes 30 sec

Took my manual transmission car in for a recall. Apparently the technician couldn't drive manual. Stalled every 2 seconds. And 'practiced' driving in loops at their service area, using too much rpm and incorrect clutch. I can feel how much extra wear they've put after picking up the car. Service advisor probably didn't care to assign the job to someone who could drive.
Now I have to get used to the new clutch engagement position, and the brake pressure (which, somehow, they managed to mess with). And early clutch replacement.
Stay away from this place.

My sales consultant was great. The finance specialist was nice but a bit overbearing. Coming from the EV industry (a competitor) I did not appreciate my knowledge of EV maintenance and care being undermined, as that is literally my job. The sales manager was great, gave me a wonderful deal. Last thing, there is a paint discrepancy that was hidden with detailed when purchased. Looks like a sloppy patch job. I don’t mind it so much, but this will become a larger problem if I choose to not buy out my lease and am told I will be charged for paint correction for the spot.
