BEWARE OF THIS CO: If I could give this Co less than 1 star I would. I went to this Co to purchase a mattress for my bedroom. I have bought many mattresses before but with my permanent back injury the choice was more important than ever. I went to several stores for comparisons but I ran into the VP for this Co at their Culver City & Hawthorne location. This Rep named David who was fully aware of my 9 herniated discs assured me that his recommendation was strictly based on my condition. LIE! He told me the 4th of July sale had been extended & that my mattress was 1 price & another price for the mattress & power base. MORE LIES. When David met me the first time I was walking, the 2nd time in less than a wk I was in pain & on crutches. Upon speaking to the rude warranty associate Linda she stated that the power base Id been delivered was free so he never gave the upgraded power base nor was there ever a rate discount. JUST LIES TO A DISABLED CONSUMER. The cooling gel on the mattress does not work & they do not guarantee it once you buy it. I sweat through my entire pjs within 2 hrs. I woke up 3xs in the night & the power base was not comfortable like the 1 used in the showroom. I spent $2500 on a masters that feels no better than the ones I'd spent $800 on in the past. The delivery guys tore & stapled the base which was not the base I was told I'd receive. Linda was rude asf & said I'll have to transfer your concerns bcuz it's not a warranty issue then proceeded to hang up in my face. I thought they were a reputable Co but it seems more like an expansive mom and pop Company out for every dollar they can get. SMH. They refused to deal with the fact that their VP out right lied to sell a permanently injured woman a bad mattress with the wrong power base. To add insult to injury, they scheduled another delivery 4 the damaged power base wo any notification, consideration or confirmation for my schedule. I am totally disgusted & dissatisfied with this purchase, the lack of responsibility & integrity of this Co. Do Not Waste Your Time or Hard Earned Money.

Just had the most pleasant experience at this store thanks to their representative named KIKI!If it was possible to give more stars than five stars I would! Not only was she incredibly knowledgeable, professional and honest, she had limitless patience with my handicapped parents, both of whom are an absolute handful to deal with! Purchasing two mattresses could have been quite overwhelming and KIKI couldn’t have made it more simple. Stayed within our budget, suggestions were exactly what we were looking for and I couldn’t be happier! Thank you KIKI!!!

Alan Conway treats his customers with respect and genuine care. He showed us many affordable options way under our budget and was able to help us find the perfect mattress for $399 for a queen! I’ve slept on nectar and casper mattresses and I was surprised to feel the support that such an affordable mattress could offer. He also was able to teach us about proper sleep techniques and what we need to look for in the right mattress.

Alan was such a great help! My boyfriend and I were looking for a great deal for a mattress and Alan definitely got it for us. My boyfriend tends to be picky with his mattress selection and we often are afraid to walk into mattress retailers because of how pushy the salesmen can be. But Alan was not only extremely helpful but effective and considerate in his sales tactics. He did not push us to spend more but was considerate about our budget and what we were looking for! That's a top notch salesman! Very excited to get our mattress in a few days through delivery. Highly recommend coming to this location and trying out the various selections they have to offer!
