I contacted 9 To 5's warranty team and they agreed to replace all 10 chair at no charge to the client. The new chairs arrived promptly look great. “I cannot thank store manager Rafael enough for helping me purchase something that in one week's time has already helped change my life and get me on the right track to heal my injuries.I strolled in within the last hour of the store being open and he was welcoming and kind- he listened intently to what I was going through pain wise and what my diagnoses were (ensuring he would not contraindicate any of my dr's suggestions and could guide me in the right direction as I was looking for a chair to actually be comfortable in and alleviate my compressed spine). We tried two models that he suggested (spent over 30 minutes together) and I landed on "the perfect chair" which came in a size just right for me as I am a petite woman. The chair is not only beautiful, but it allows me to have a safe place to rest and relax as I recover. I kept finding myself "set back" in my healing journey because all of my furniture is incredibly unsupportive.Getting the right furniture is imperative to healing - I am convinced of this. I met another manager (Guy) when I came back in to make the purchase and he was also incredibly helpful and straightforward. They did not try to push me to buy anything, they just remained supportive. Delivery was awesome and quick setup by their delivery team! Fantastic team here at relax the back.”

“Mr. Schulze is one in a million! I drove up from San Diego to purchase a typewriter, as I'm getting back into writing fiction and I think they are beautiful machines. There aren't many shops like this around. Helmut spent several hours letting me try out various typewriter makes and models. I finally settled on a sturdy mechanical Olympia. The shopping experience alone was fantastic, but I could've stayed for 3 more hours just chatting with Helmut and Steve. I mean, what a memorable day! “As with any service provider, there are benefits and there are problems. Usually, my interaction with Image Source has been positive. But recently, I have been really bummed out with the lack of professionalism in the area of ordering items for my publishing. I am giving a 4-star review as a cumulative score. It does not in any way represent my current level of frustration which would be about a negative 3 stars. It was the first time I ran out of staples in my finisher, and I quickly dashed to the website to order the necessary items. I found them, clicked on them, ordered the correct items and quantity, and added my requested information such as address and payment. Then I waited. No staples arrive. After a week, I contacted them to see what the hold-up was. Hmm. I was told I needed to have a quote for staples. I should not have been able to order them on the website. So I asked for a quote. No quote arrived. So I phoned again. They said they'd check my order and send it straight out if it was needed. Nothing arrived. Not via email or as the package of staples I needed. In the meantime, I began sewing some of my more important documents being printed. Yes, you can imagine the time. After five (5) phone calls, we established that they had misspelled my email and sent me zero quotes for my still-needed staples. Amazingly, the bills manage to have the correct email addresses on them. Today - ONE MONTH AFTER ORDERING INITIALLY - I received notice that yes, after SIX phone calls, my staples had finally been ordered and would arrive in 3-4 business days. Again, after my publication date. The tracking number included in the invoice came back as unstable by the shipper. When I contacted the company again regarding the tracking number, I was "disconnected" THREE times (one-time mid-conversation, two additional calls that just blipped after I was connected). When I asked to speak to a manager, I was basically refused. My advice: Know who you are dealing with. Not every person on this team will be as helpful and pleasant as the initial contact individuals. Once you have a contract, you pretty much have to deal with that platform unless you terminate. Usually, it's been okay. But at this point, I am banging my head on a wall because it's going to be another week with NO STAPLES in my publication. It results in a very poor representation of our company's product.”

“While the website isn't what I would call perfect because it does not link orders made prior to account creation to the account of the person who purchased the item because this could easily be accomplished by having the system automatically search existing purchases in order to match the email addresses used for both. Sure, it's true that the person who made the purchase and who created the account could've used different addresses resulting in no match of purchaser's account to pre-account purchased product; but the underlying fact is that the overwhelming majority of people will use the same address for both. Other than that shortfall in customer service - the website isn't bad at all.”

“I have ordered from Maverick Desk for almost 20 years. What I appreciate most is the excellent quality of their furnishings. Case goods like desks, cabinets, hutches, etc. come pre-assembled with glued joints and metal brackets. This cuts WAY DOWN on assembly time unlike Kicked Down products found on most low cost web sites. The solid feeling of their particle board substrate is substantially heavier compared to cheaper manufacturers. Screws actually stay firm in their boards and don't strip out.For the most part, they are usually quick in manufacturing due to their state-of-the-art manufacturing plant with plenty of laminate choices and 100s of product options that are quickly built-to-order.Plus their support team usually answers their phones on the initial call and emails are responded to promptly as well.And they are staying proactively interior design sensitive by investing time and effort to address new styles, colors and accessory features.I will continue to use Maverick in the future. My only want is for Maverick to add shipping options to other locations since my customer base is all over the country.Thanks Maverick”

“I was looking for options to get a rubber stamp made locally and was so happy to find Quality Rubber Stamps! I had a stamp design in mind and brought it into the store to see if they could replicate it. Even better, they were able to offer a self inking option so I wouldn't have to deal with having a separate ink pad (which would have been the only choice if I would've bought it online). I emailed them the original design and I picked it up a few days later. Now, my letters look awesome and I'll be coming back to get an address stamp soon.”

When I started working at home, it was obvious I needed a new chair because I was writing a lot and my wrists, legs, and back were hurting. I tried to find a chair that fit my needs, but I got ripped off (Internet purchase) and Staples and Office Depot are not that specialized or knowledgeable, and also didn't have options with features I needed. Toni, Blanca, and Juan were especially amazing with care, friendliness, and making sure I got to try and see if the options actually worked for me. In the end, they found a chair that fit everything I needed, nothing short of a miracle. By the way, they didn't ask for a review, but I feel strongly to recommend them and spread the word about how terrific they are. The new chair has removed the pressure and pain. And it's pretty! “Very cool showroom where you can check out the entire Herman Miller product line--including the chairs, which is why I was there. It's not really a drop-in place, though, so you're best off calling them in advance to make sure they're available before making the trip. Don't plan on buying anything here either, as they will send you to one of their vendors for an actual purchase. Yes, annoying, but for my trip I was treated very well, welcomed to anything out of the fancy coffee bar, and two helpful reps who knew EVERYTHING about their chairs patiently explained all the features and answered my questions. Got myself an awesome Mirra 2 chair a few weeks later.”

“My Dad has been coming to this place for I don't even know how long! Professor Carter writes poetry and publishes book of it and this has been his go to spot for the longest for lamination and binding needs. In 2007ish, my mom and I were responsible for leading a women's Bible Study group at my church. We read a book entirely focused on love and how the only way to love the way the lovely 1 Corinthians love verses describe, we can ONLY truly love with Christ as our center. My mom, being the bad and boughie and incredibly wonderful person she is thought we should end with a little gift for each lady. I, being the scrap booker I used to be and having a name that is NEVER included on personalized gift shop keychains, decided to make personalized bookmarks for our group. This began my relationship with this fabulous small business after asking my father where he frequented. I needed my bookmarks laminated with holes punched in the top for ribbons to be inserted. I took my designs to Ms. Cindie here... I don't know what her title is but she da bomb! So sweet! So thoughtful! So personable! The greatest presence to be around! She explained the three lamination thickness options, verified exactly where I wanted the hole, asked if I wanted lamination left around the paper as opposed to a flushed, round-cornered option, and told me she wasn't sure if all of my textured paper would laminate after inspecting my stack. She asked how my father was doing and told me my order would be done the same day before before offering to leave the finished products in the bin outside of the door for after hours pickup. Ummm... yeah! Several years later, this is still my go-to for paper finishing needs. I really don't know what all they do here but they have come though SO many times with my last minute arts and crafts endeavors! Ms. Cindie still makes me feel warm inside with each interaction. There's a blue-eyed gentleman who always remembers I am King's daughters and knows how I like my bookmarks. And there's a more mature blue-eyed gent who exclaims "bookmarks!" any time I come in. I can't lie... you should park across Madison when visiting this place, but I park in the adjoined lot in a spot I'm not supposed to for my quick run-ins. I know this isn't the most helpful review, but if you get anything out of it, try them! Give them a call to see how they can hook up your paper projects! 2018 Challenge - 13 of 100”

His store is like a typewriter museum, and he is full of interesting information. I had not imagined how much fun I would have looking for a manual typewriter for my granddaughter. There is a plethora of choices, Mr. Shulze gives good advice, and his prices are very reasonable.”
