Cleanliness: Bright, spotless and highly maintained. Peaceful music and a soothing nature video on.
Stylist: Kindest stylist - it had been a long time since last pedicure. She didn't judge or embarrass me and my bear paws. Made me feel luxurious

My experience was wonderful Sony was my nail tech. He did an awesome job. I didn’t have an appointment but was seated right away. It was packed with customers.

I was waiting for a pedicure after calling ahead and being ensured there was availability before I drove over. I arrive and am seated at the spa chair. After about 20 minutes I asked if someone could add water to the spa bowl so I could soak my feet while I waited and the front desk rep said I couldn’t because I’m only getting a basic pedicure… I’m confused. She said some of the technicians don’t like clients to have their feet soaked for up to 10 minutes… So I said well how about I pull them out after 4 to 5 minutes? Then all of a sudden after waiting 30 minutes, I’m advised no one is available even though I’d been assigned a technician and had been seated. Incredibly unprofessional!!!!

Changed my review because the quality of the nail polish is bad. It says OPI but not OPI standards. It seems diluted. Not worth my time to go back and pick another bad quality nail polish. I love OPI and I know how wonderful it is. Paid $73 for my mani and pedi to get bad nail polish. I will be spending more money to get a new color elsewhere.

First time trying out this place and my experience with getting a gel pedicure was great. I called ahead of time to ask if they take walk-ins, which they do but keep in mind they close at 7:30pm. They take cash, card and also have an ATM available in store. I just recently moved to the area and it's hard finding a new place to go to after going somewhere else for over 6 years but I'm glad I found Nailspa Excel and Ben, the technician who assisted me. I will say however, the lady up front who "greeted me" (if you can call it that) was a little off putting. As soon as I walked in, she's right up front and just stared at me, not even a hello. I told her I had no appointment and would like to get a gel pedicure, she then proceeded to not say anything to me, she just turned back and talked in her language and when she turned back to face me just said "Okay." I took this as a cue to just sit down and wait at this point. Regardless, Ben was great and made me feel more at ease while he was working on me. He asked if it was my first time there, went over their available services and was also very attentive to his work. Ben definitely made my experience a lot better and as of now I think I have found the place I'll be going to from now on. Give them a try!

This was my first and last time at this location. Pedicure was fine but polygel extensions took 3 hours to complete...i called in to make an appointment stating i wanted french manicure polygel extensions but i was assigned a manicurist who seemed to be doing this for his first time. Not only was the length of time unacceptable but he cut me a couple times while cleaning cuticles and I also had to instruct him on how to do french-styled tip. Terrible service for manicure.

I like it here, it’s good value for money, and I have found a technician (Sonny) that does a great job. They have a great selection of colors, and they are polite and clean too
