One of the most honest mechanics I’ve ever known. Nelson was able to complete the job other shops would charge for much more. We agreed on a price prior to fixing the headlight on my Audi and when I was picking up the vehicle and ready to make the payment, Nelson reduced the price by $50 noting that the job was slightly less complex than originally expected. What a honest man! Will definitely recommend to others!

These guys are terrific and honest! As a woman who doesn't know much about cars, I have to be careful of getting ripped off. This place is close to me and had great reviews, so I thought I would give it a try, and I am so glad that I did! I drove in on a Friday after 4:00 P.M (they close at 5:00) and fully expected I would have to leave my car there. Both of my headlights were out due to the electrical wires being fried & melted, not just a light bulb change. Not only did they have the parts (and this is an old car), they fixed it on the spot. It was very inexpensive too. I was so relieved, as I expected to pay much, much more and thought I would have to leave my car. Another place that I had called told me I would have to leave my car and that it would most likely be pricey. Not these guys! I'm coming back for my breaks and bringing in my mom's car for air conditioning repair. I highly recommend N & A.
