“this is the best place ever, idk wat he did but he is a literal god. my phone turned black when i dropped it and before that my phone used to glitch so much. after i took it here he fixed it in less than 2 hours! an the prices are amazing. i will definitely be coming back. i recommend this spot 100%. no complaints what’s so ever”

“I like this location because it's right by my house. I went here to change the name on my account the woman who helped me out was super nice but I guess on her end she wasn't able to cha he the name. That's cool, she did tell me she would put a note stating I brought all the necessary paper work , etc. then she instructed me to call customer service they will see the note and make the change. WRONG!!! I called customer service and they told me they don't have the ability to do it... it was so annoying and a higher inconvenience. Customer service rep called this store location and basically the manager said "oh tell her to come back we can fix it" So annoying having to drive back n forth! When I came back I spoke with the manager and with the original woman who helped me.. she showed him evidence that she wasn't able to make the change. The manager went to his office and he was able to correct it. (It probably was something that needed to be done by a manager anyway) I am giving the store 4 stars. I was mad and frustrated but NOT with the store or the team members who were assisting at this location...I was mad at T-MOBILE as a business.. The team at this location deserve the 4 stars. They helped me the best they could and I appreciate that.. the originally woman who helped me didn't have to put a note .. she could have said sorry I can't help you and sent me on my way.. but she did as much as she could to help and that's what matters”
“I been here twice. The time was 9am n date was june 17th 2024. Went in to get my phone activated. A girl (young lady) that open the store attended me and swear she was very helpful n understood of a previous situation i had with another metropc store n she helped me. N could not ask for much else. She reactived my phone that i have had fix n went well and thought because of it i wanted to write a review because it made my day and hope she knows shes a good helpful person. Anywho i wish whoever reads this an amazing day and again, made my day to have my phone back in action again. Thank you mysteryous young lady”
“I visited the location on 5/16/2024. I was reluctant to go because I was not in the mood to dodge sale pitches. It was a perfect visit. I was lucky. It was not a lot of customers and easy to park. Upon arriving, I was greeted by Jonathon Z. I identified the purpose of my visit and my criteria. Jonathon said he could help me. He was professional, knowledgeable, friendly, courteous, and respectful of my time. I favor details. Jonathon took the time to explain the details of the transaction. From where I was standing it appeared easy. (For him yes, for me it could be a coin toss.)
I'm pleased that I visited this location. My customer service experience gets five stars and I will keep Jonathon's card for reference.”
“I know it will just be 2yrs that this store is open but they are really starting to pick up. If you are familiar with the area, are looking for a wireless store that is consistent on great customer service & need a store that stays open until 7pm on Sundays then you need to come here. Everyone who works there is friendly, knowledge and explains everything. They are not quick to send you somewhere else. They value their customers. I also love how it's always decorated for the Holidays. Laura does a great job at making the store look festive.”

2700 W 120th St, Hawthorne“Paid a visit to this location on March 22nd around 12:30pm. Honestly what I love about this target is that everything is in large quantity. The parking lot has plenty of parking spaces. The store is wide and large and also very clean. I love the fact that they have everything you need from hygiene products to groceries. They also have awesome employees that's willing to go above and beyond to give you the help you need. One of those employees is Destiny. What I admired about her the most is that she realizes that some of the customers are up in age and it can tire them out running from aisle to aisle looking for what they need. So she takes the time to do the running so to speak to guide them to the products they need. A friend of mine that was with me was looking for a certain type of facial mask. We had asked a young lady that was doing some stocking and she just threw us a number that didn't exist. She told us to look and aisle number 38. There is no aisle 38. But after running into destiny we were directed where we needed to be. I also love the fact that they have a self checkout with plenty of registers. It was swift and easy. This is definitely one of my go-to locations.”
