This place is getting annoying. Coupons never work yet the lady won’t leave you alone about a rewards program. Like no . Everyone has these rewards programs and it’s just clutter and she won’t take no. The self checkout machines don’t work and the annoying lady won’t help she just keeps making everyone in line use self checkout but with you do she won’t fix the machine. This place is going down hill. Literally walked out and left my stuff there. Never done that in my whole time living here

This store is much larger than the store I usually frequent.Great resource for all things crafty and if you have time to peruse the store.If you need assistance, good luck finding someone. Plenty of self checkout, however, it would be nice to have someone near the registers if you need assistance.

It's Michael's you know what to expect.However, the difference here is cleanliness and a staffer by the name of Adrian (think what was it)... helpful, friendly while all crazy busy with the holiday season.If he was hire for seasonal work, I sincerely hope management makes him permanent and year-round
