Came in stressed out my phone said SOS And I had a metro plan, couldn't figure out why it said sos if I had just switched carriers to metro, Jessica was professional , nice, and understanding , after a twelve hour shift I came in and was in and out in 15 minutes, thanks Jessica!

Two employees managing the store one helping a customer the other carrying on a personal conversation while 3 (including) myself waited. One left after about 5mins. I left after 20mins. Good & attentive customer service or sales did not seem to be one of their priorities.

I would give "0" stars for customer service, I wish I had gotten the guys name, I explained I had called customer service to get some info on cost so I could go in store prepared. Ryan from customer service (manager)basically said I wuld be payimg only $35vto activate the phone he was waiving all other fees , since I had had a few run ins with Metro and them wanting to way more $ then advertised. anywho the guy in store, kept cutting me off didnt really care to try and get a phone for me. he said customer service lies to us. So i said ok you cant do that $35 for me I understand bt what can you do for me? He had no interest in trying to do anything unless I had at $250 or more. The female in store was even more rude, she basically go donw to the county office and get a free phone if thats all you can afford. 2 out 3 Metro PCS stores Ive been to have had the worst customer serice out of all stores.I did NOT continue but went down the street , I opended an acount with crikcet wireless, and the gentlemen there worked with me went thru all stops to make sure he helped and to think it was 10 min to close.METRO PCS employees need some classes on customer service, etiquette and client care without discrimination.

Had to deal with this store (for my 87 year old grandmother) when speaking to a Brianna she rudely just hung up on me in the middle of our conversation. When I called back and asked to speak with a manager she said she was one. I asked why she hung up on me she replied with because I can! Very rude even when answering the phone. I asked to speak with her supervisor that now was in store (wasn’t when I asked the first time) when speaking to a ummm Marisa (her words) she stated that Briana was NOT a manager and really wasn’t any help with what was going on. Very disappointing customer service!! Does NOT reflect well on Metro especially this store. They both need a refresher on customer service and NEED to remove the attitude!!!!!!!! Side note: when asked for their store ID# was given the run around. Briana was then saying it so fast and I don’t think anyone would be able to understand just to make matters worse.

Wanted to say thank you to Crystal. She was extremely helpful. My mom just flew in from Colombia and need help with her Whatsapp and some other issues. We were very pleased with her service.

I wanted to do the switch from AT&T , if you don’t buy accessories with the phone deals they won’t or rather not make the sale, that’s sucks where does it said on the promotion that’s only with phone accessories purchases.
