I was a Sprint customer for years before the change over to T-Mobile. I was explained that the Sprint tower would be shutdown at the end of December 2021. I needed to get my SIM card switched to T-mobile and I did that. When that happened I experienced numerous dropped calls. I called customer service and the rep kept sending me to the store. When I went to this store, the rep kept trying to tell me that I needed to upgrade my iPhone XR. I was really not happy with the sales folks there. That was the only thing they seemed to be trained to do instead of helping to truly troubleshoot the issue. Yesterday, I called customer service in frustration because I got about 8 dropped calls reaching out to this one business. They said that my card was not connected the to T-Mobile tower in Lawndale. So first this store failed to connect my card to the T-mobile tower when they switched my card with one rep and then second, they try to tell me I need a new phone with another rep. Please note that once my phone was connected to the tower, it worked a lot better. I am telling you this because if you plan to go to the store, they are not technically trained to help you. They will only try to sell you and if you are experiencing the issue that I had with dropped calls several times a day in the Hawthorne, MB, RB, Lawndale, South Bay, etc. areas, I hope this will help you.

I like this location because it's right by my house. I went here to change the name on my account the woman who helped me out was super nice but I guess on her end she wasn't able to cha he the name. That's cool, she did tell me she would put a note stating I brought all the necessary paper work , etc. then she instructed me to call customer service they will see the note and make the change. WRONG!!! I called customer service and they told me they don't have the ability to do it... it was so annoying and a higher inconvenience. Customer service rep called this store location and basically the manager said "oh tell her to come back we can fix it" So annoying having to drive back n forth! When I came back I spoke with the manager and with the original woman who helped me.. she showed him evidence that she wasn't able to make the change. The manager went to his office and he was able to correct it. (It probably was something that needed to be done by a manager anyway) I am giving the store 4 stars. I was mad and frustrated but NOT with the store or the team members who were assisting at this location...I was mad at T-MOBILE as a business.. The team at this location deserve the 4 stars. They helped me the best they could and I appreciate that.. the originally woman who helped me didn't have to put a note .. she could have said sorry I can't help you and sent me on my way.. but she did as much as she could to help and that's what matters

Exemplary service by Terrance!! My Mom, Husband, and I wished to migrate from Sprint to T-Mobile, upgrade our phones, and switch our account type. Had a lot of snafus with the process because of Sprint's ineptness so it took hours for resolve but Terrance made it happen! Terrance listened to our asks, presented options, and problem solved all while being kind, knowledgeable, and extremely pleasant! Kudos to his style and humor Shout out to Miguel (the store manager)! Straightforward and good guy also!

Awful metro PCs they close 40 minutes before it says they do, when I asked they said it's up to them when they close and couldn't help me pay my bill. Avoid!!

Justin is a GENIOUS!!! He helped me do the impossible. He was able to copy an entire text script history of 2 years in succession and apply it to an email, text and some other google media. He was patient and went that Extra mile. He is so cool calm and collect. Also.... he is very patient. He does not give up. Somebody give this man a raise please. I am so grateful.

I was a Sprint client and after the merger I wasn't sure what I was getting into. I had an old service and I bought a phone and wanted to switch all my data to the new phone. I walked in and was attended by Xavier, who was extremely friendly and explained the process while he transfer all the data to my new phone. He made the entire process look extremely easy and simple. I felt I had known him forever. I told him I would need to be back for my wife's phone and his exact words were I would be happy to help you again. If you are in this store ask for Xavier. He is my go to guy and if I need anything from TMobile I am coming back to this store.
