Went around 11:30 on Monday and while there 2 employees saw me no one ask if me need help and the water station had rust where the water came out and the employee that help was as slow as it gets

Terrible store. Understaffed so it takes you a really long time before you get to talk to an employee, and was only one person working registers during rush hour.

With the exception of Josh (and another employee in audio) the customer service was horrible.In context, made an in-store visit as I wanted to inquire about a sound system receiver / what was needed for my in ceiling home speakers. I spoke with 3 employees who had no idea of what I needed ( I showed them a picture of the connections). Finally Josh the Supervisor pointed me to a consultant who would know more. The consultant was with another customer so as we patiently waited for our time to be assisted, some other employee (can't remember his name but his badge said Manager something) walked by and was on his earpiece and mumbled something along the lines (yes, I already saw them). He later returned and asked what we needed because we were just standing there. I advised that we were waiting as Josh the Supervisor had asked us to do. I don't like spending money where the service is horrible. I left and went to the Culver City store with no problems and much better service.

customer service by Francisco was fantastic!I just stopped by to purchase a small kitchen television, the store was jam-packed for Saturday. I had some reservations however, they made my customer experience a great one the manager Josh was very accommodating as well. Great job five-star.!!!

They dont take returns from other bestbuys. I purchased a ps5 and picked it up at woodland hills and it was a damaged box. I notice tape under the box when i got home, clearly it was damaged. So i tried returning it to local bestbuy and they dont honor bestbuy return policy. The manager was very rude about it his name was Rv or something. Never buying from bestbuy at this location

Geek squad will literally try to trigger you and make fun of you. They mislead you about product and then don't tell you a time frame for repair until after you drive all the way over here just for a simple install! I bought the plan to avoid headaches! Never shopping here again. Just go to Amazon, better prices and no A-holes!

What a dump. The parking lot has random big rigs and RVs in it along with gallon containers of urine and used motor oil. No staff in the computer department. Waited 40 minutes, got no help. Idle staff in front of store would not help. Wouldn't page help. Wouldn't pull product. Nothing. Just chatting with each other. Found same item on Amazon for less. This is why brick and mortars are dying.

Went to Customer Service to recycle and old TV, Mary was our associate on duty and was a true professional, a dedicated company employee.She was professional as well as very knowledgeable and helpful.A True Company Employee

Still in the parking lot. We've probably been here at least 10 times in the last month... You can say we're Best Buy fans. Everyone we've met and worked with in the electronics, computers, tv, appliances, and now even in the bike and cell sections have been great! Big shout out to the manager (so sorry I cannot remember his name) but he's helped me a few times with getting holiday gifts and today, Mike Hester. Super cool guy, down to earth, PATIENT, and helped me out tremendously getting a surprise gift for the hubby. So there you have it. A repeat customer whose basically met every employee in every department. I have no bad things to say. I actually enjoy coming In here and look forward to my next visit...hopefully not for a while as it gets expensive lol. Thanks guys for the amazing customer service and wishing everyone happy holidays!

Was looking for a couple of laptops. I am computer challenged, meaning I have limited knowledge of what to look for, and with the decent amount of choices at Best Buy, I needed help. I was greeted by a salesperson, Kyan, who was great in helping me decide what laptops would be best for me. Kyan made my experience there as good as it could be, as he is knowledgeable and didn't try to upsale me into something I didn't need. Anyone needing a computer at this location, I'd definitely recommend seeing Kyan.

On this site you can buy refurbished electronic products. My experience was normal I bought a refurbished product that does work well. But when I was there to buy the television, there was a client demanding that they return the money for a device that did not work at all well, and I thought I understood that they were hitting him so as not to return his money.

We just moved to the area and needed quite a few appliances. While browsing Jorge Gonzalez, came over to help and we are glad he did. He has been amazing. He was not only very knowledgeable about products but even set up an in home consultation. This way he knew exactly what size of products we could put in our new home. We had to change our delivery dates a few times and it was incredibly easy because I just texted Jorge and he took care of it. We have been back multiple since. Initially we just were getting a stove top and fridge but since then we have purchased a dishwasher, washer and dryer, and a TV. Fabian helped us with the TV and also gave us some great advice. I could have bought some of these products elsewhere but after the help I got from Jorge, I knew I wanted to entrust my purchases with this Best Buy and staff. Will keep going back to this store.

Just tried to return a flat screen tv that had been ordered the day before and delivered this morning at 10:00am but was told at the store I had to wait 24hours after delivery bc delivery driver doesn't log in deliveries "until end of shift". Seems like with a business selling computers and a Geek squad one would expect a more up to date billing system but then the reason I returned the TV is that it is an out date LG model, like the store. Buyer beware.

Customer service sucks here. They sent me all around looking for an item, but no one took the time out to help me look. I could understand if they where busy helping other customers, but they weren't.
