Customer Service at the store is horrible regret not going to going to home depot instead, I've never had an issue there

I can’t believe the really horrible customer at this Lowe’s. It’s like dealing with a bunch a high schoolers who don’t take anybody into consideration. I am making sure they know that their delivery driver never delivered my order, and now I am at loss. This is being reported to corporate. I really like Lowe’s but after this experience, Home Depot will be my go to.

1 star because everything is locked up here. Have to be escorted to the front of the store for single items, better off shopping on Amazon and getting things next day unless it’s an emergency. Love Lowe’s otherwise, just not these hood locations.

I've found Lowe's to be the superior Home Improvement store, but this particular location makes the rest look terrible. The staff, no matter the department, are friendly, knowledgeable, and always go above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction. Selection is really good for what feels like a smaller location. From management to the department staff, everyone is really friendly, knowledgeable, and willing to jump in and help out.
