For the second time this cleaners "Lee Cleaners" have lost clothes of mine. I'm done....poor customer service, they may not be open when the hrs on the door say open...ect.

Kind of disappointed because I took my work coat to get cleaned I work for a airline and the owner broke off my coat and did not tell me I didn't realize until I got home I was very disappointed because these Coats are very expensive trench cults are about $200 the button was broken they didn't even tell me that the button was broke. I saw for myself two days later.

They are never open as there hours state and never get the item done as promised. I’ve given them many chance never again

Honestly so sad and disappointed right now. My dad took my graduation gown and stole to make sure everything looked great before my graduation day. He was told that it was okay to pick it up on Saturday. He arrived well before closing time, and when he got there- there was no one and it was closed. Mind you, the closing time on here says 5:30 and the time on google says 5:00. He got there at 4:20 and was told by witnesses that the woman working left an hour prior. You need to let your customers know this! You had our phone number and could've alerted us, knowing that we were coming today. Insanely unprofessional, and sad that we will discontinue coming here after so many years.Update: we were finally able to get in contact with her, and she opened the shop for us. That was kind of her and I am not saying that I don't appreciate that, however- she has the absolute worst business ethic. No compensation or discount was given, and she claimed it's because "they close at 4." If you're going to close at 4 you should have this posted SOMEWHERE. It wasn't posted on google, on their door, anywhere on their businesses windows, or on yelp. My dad was even verbally told that they close at 5. If you don't want to be disappointed, do not come here.

Go elsewhere! Save yourself the headache. It took them three weeks to find my dress. The dress is missing a piece that keeps the breast area together. They added another piece, I believe hoping I wouldn’t notice. I showed them the picture of the missing piece. I can’t wear the dress without that piece. I told them to pay for the dress. Three weeks, and now a incomplete dress was unacceptable. The owner is not nice. He doesn’t care or take accountability for the bad service.

DO NOT BRING YOUR CLOTHES HERE!!!!! They have terrible customer service. I dropped off and item a week prior to my event and they did nothing, they did not clean the item or fix the zipper after the promised it would be fixed a day before I needed. I WILL NEVER give them my business and you shouldn't either

Love this cleaners. My shirts are always clean and they even get the yellow parts out. I took my suit to get tailored here and it fits like a T!
