Destroyed my stairway completely.! Nonprofessional installation/delivery. Spent 2k in furniture, spending 1k in repairing after delivery. Absolutely a nightmare.! On top of EVERYTHING, the beds I ordered were completely wrong. Extremely disappointed. Don't rely on stars, you'll pay for it, cash.

Great customer service and delivery with Mattress Warehouse. The owner Marco is very kind and calm and listened to our needs. We've been to several mattress stores to look around before deciding to purchase one here. We originally purchased a mattress but after a week of testing it out, we realize it was too soft for our backs and we called and Marco told us to come back to the store and select a new one free of charge, no hassle. He even brought out a few different beds for us to test out from the warehouse. In the end, we got a firmer bed. Delivery was within 2 days. We were so appreciative. Highly recommend , got a good selection of bed options, prices are good and you can't beat the customer service and that's really important especially with a big purchase. Love our new firm, king sized pillow top latex bed (our pup loves it too). Thank you Marco!

I went into the Hawthorne store "To look around". Clifton greeted us at the door. Now I am one to browse "alone"... Clifton did not give up.! And thank God he did not. I applied for the store credit card, and purchased two bedroom sets and also a sofa. He was a helpful and pleasant as one could be. Thank you Cliff. You really made our shopping experience easy.!!! And please allow me to add that the manager Cammy came over to apply the extra five percent...she was also a pleasure. Thanks again.!!

Best mattress experience ever. We had been to a total of 6 places. This place had the best customer service and quality for the price. The first day, we spoke to Debbie and she was very knowledgeable and helped us narrow it down to two beds. We went back a couple days later to purchase the mattress and met Marco. Little did we know he was the owner! He was very personable and offered us amazing service. There was a pillowtop mattress version that was in stock (an unused return) that he offered for the same price and gave us a free mattress cover. We were lucky to get same day delivery as they were about to bring a mattress to another person in our direction and added ours. THANK YOU !

As broke millennials would likely do, the hubby and I had been sleeping on an ancient hand-me-down mattress for the last eight years. When we finally got in the right place financially to invest in a new bed, we figured we'd wait COVID out before taking the plunge. That was almost a whole year ago, COVID hasn't gone anywhere, we're low on the list for vaccination, and our backs hurt every morning. We're not getting any younger! So after going down the rabbit hole of online mattress reviews, I ruled out the newfangled bed-in-a-box things you see on TV (I'm too thicc, darling) I made the executive decision to get a sturdier, traditional mattress. My parents, who recently purchased a bed that I envied, set me on a course for my local Ortho Mattress Warehouse.I spoke with a super-sweet girl there named Kiki who helped guide me through my first (yes, first) time ever buying a mattress. It was great to speak to someone so reassuring, knowledgeable, and friendly. She helped to allay my anxieties about purchasing furniture in a COVID world, and even made sure I took advantage of the current promotions. Two super-dope pillows that I couldn't afford on their own, for free? Yes and thank you! I felt confident in my purchase, which is tough to say about a four-digit price tag in this economy.Delivery day was a snap. Their delivery dispatcher communicated clearly and quickly, giving me several hours' notice and double-checking my delivery preferences beforehand. The delivery guys themselves were fast, courteous, STRONG, and even took away my old nasty bed and box with the quickness. Buh-bye funky old bed!And hellooooooo sweet dreams and a happy back!

Went in just to look, walked out with a mattress and box spring. They were knowledgeable & helpful. The place was clean and fully stocked. Very happy with my purchase. I'll definitely be returning for all future purchases.
