The manager did not come out to give a price of a sweater omg this place need to close the young men help me was very kind an patient I want ever go back it didn't have a tags on it gone to be a little while I was not gone to wait for her that is sad I want every go back there an it's Nast they need to clean it up omg the clothes to high.

This is probably my new favorite thrift store in the South Bay area now. I called the Goodwill corporate number because I had a complaint about an incident at the Redondo Beach location, but it turns out, not all Goodwill stores are in the same region. I HAD NO IDEA!! Jose at corporate provided me with the Redondo Beach location's corporate number and explained to me that the Hawthorne location falls under southern California. I decided to stop by the Hawthorne store and was really impressed! I found some great pieces from some well known brands. A manager by the name of David was super helpful and explained to me the color of the week. I will for sure keep shopping at the Hawthorne location. Thank you!!!!

Excellent location to make a donation. I'm going through all my stuff and I'm trying to get rid of the unbelievable amount of clothing that I have. I had 7 huge contractor bags FULL of clothes. Each bag must have weighed 60lbs or more. I went on two different days and on both days, Jay was there to help me out. It would've been impossible for me to carry these bags to the back, but not to worry, Jay came out and took the bags back for me. He was so polite, and thanked me for donating. I will back with more of my goods to donate soon.

Came here no parking in the front so went to back in handi camp spot now they tell me that I have to walk all the way around to the front to come in, sorry won't be back here ever again, maybe you should put all handicapped I the front instead of the back, you would sell more stuff that way, but you lost me as a costumer for ever, one less person you get to help out in the world. Called the store lady on the phone does not care all she could say ok ok ok ok . That ment that she didn't care for anyone.

During my visit another costumer was making a fuss about coupons and called the manager "rude". I think the employees did great.Minimum wage minimum effort babes ??
