We got a Dukers freezer 3 month ago from Shook Sales. We went to another restaurant supply called "Action Sales" in Monterey Park today. Their price is way much cheaper. If you really want something nice, go to Action sales, you will see much better service and price.

OMG! Where do I start about Gene Shook and Shook Sales. I was so impressed with this man's business I flew into Los Angeles to meet him in person. It was like I knew this man for years. He delivered as promised in his bio. He gave us a wonderful price on name brand equipment for one of our restaurants, and then gave us an additional discount afterwards. Wish I would have met him sooner. He explained in detail every question I had for him. After flying back home I get a call from a delivery person delivering the equipment I purchased from him. Typing this review is an amazing opportunity to highlight my favorite restaurant supply guy in the business. I've furnished a restaurant and a location at a stadium. 90 Percent of the equipment was purchased from Gene Shaw. He's very knowledgeable and has helped me avoid more than a few pitfalls over the 4 years of buying equipment, both new and used. Now, I won't make a major purchase without talking to him first. I find his insight and willingness to help invaluable. I've saved money and got the right piece of equipment for the job buying from Gene. His prices have always been more than fair. I've sent a few friends to Gene and now he's their go-to guy. Thanks, Gene for going the extra mile for us!!! You're really the Best in the Business!!.
