Staff was very helpful to my wife and I as we were looking for headphones for my self and my son. They checked the back twice as well as offering first had product experience with the option they showed us.
The manager allowed her employee to help us but also stepped in when availability was not certain. She found the product to make our visit quick and easy. She also told us about future gaming events like DnD and card games

The team at this location provided excellent customer service, which I emphatically appreciated! They helped me find a store that had the headphones I needed and are always attentive when I call in for item availability.

Have item in stocks but can't stop everything in store even though I'm the only person there to look for item. But plenty of time to look at your phone several times. Find a new job kid.

Came here many times. Not on every time I found everything I needed but they really tried. I like the store like the prices and I think it is a store you should know.

I wish more Game Stops have more employees like RICHARD he is awesome he has amazing customer service amazing knowledge in all products in the store very patience with great positive attitude and he's a great sales man too. A month ago I purchased a video game and was offered a warranty for the game. I asked the employee if the game was lost or stolen if it would be possible to replace the game with the warranty to which he answered yes. Came in to get a replacement for the game after it had been stolen and the employee who was working told me that was not part of the policy and that there was nothing she could do about it.

The employee was nice just wish they had AC. It was hotter in the store than outside. Still had a good selection of games and accessories but I wouldn't stay for too long.

The boss of manager here is the most rude fellow I have ever met . His not a nice guy at all told me to bring receipts I brought my receipts then later told me I'm late after 7 days . Yet earlier on he had told me that after one day he can still take back the CD I had bought . Worst still this fellow never pays attention to people and other customers. I ended up leaving for him the CD since I had bought two similar ones . Useless fellow it's the worst game store you can come
