I have been so unhappy with this pharmacy. You can't get through to them on the phone. I honestly call a minimum of 5 times in a row to have any hope of speaking to someone. When the automated message comes on you might as well hang up because either the mailbox is full or they will never return your call. When you finally do talk to someone you have to hope it is the right person because if they take a message it will be two days before you get a call back. If you make it through all of this to get a delivery date you sit and wait hoping it is actually delivered on that date, I'd say it's about an 80% chance. Lastly, my son takes medication that has to be refrigerated, but they don't deliver in an insulated box so they won't leave it and since they don't give you a delivery time you have to hope you are home when he shows up. I'm stuck being in an HMO, but I'm so extremely unhappy I'm willing to do anything to get away from this pharmacy.

Can't reach this pharmacy over the phone! Everytime i try to call the phone is busy and i am being greeted by the automated message. I tried leaving a voicemail for my refill, and it's been more than a day and i haven't recieved a call back.
