I would not suggest this place, their customer service is far from being professional. I took my car for body shop repair and when it was ready (one day after they were supposed to) the car had a strong smell of cat urine. The source of the smell is a drum rug (since I'm a drummer) which I've used for a while and has never smelled like this. The girl from the front desk acknowledged the smell and went to talk to the manager that from his office said it was ok, that didn't smell any cat urine, I personally spoke to him and he continued saying it was normal, and they didn't have cats on the shop.
I would suggest you find yourself a better place where the customer has a minimum warranty and respect from the management.

Terrible experience, I took my car for an estimate and they told me that in two days they would have it ready for me and then make an appointment and they would fix it for me. 8 days passed and they never communicated, I called once and they made me understand that they were just going to do the evaluation and then ask for authorization from the insurance, and I continued waiting. IF THIS IS WHAT IT IS RIGHT NOW I CAN'T IMAGINE WHEN THEY ARE FIXING IT, I WOULD NOT TRUST A GOOD JOB THE TRUTH. P.S. The receptionist is very friendly, so if I have to clarify, I would only give her 5 stars.

if you're here to read the reviews of other's,then I hope my review helps and goes a long way. 5 stars with no problem. quality work you'll be guaranteed to be satisfied when you see your car repaired and finished. timely manner may be out of their hand as they deal with parts, and major damage,nonetheless my car wasn't affected by any delays. work is done fast and right?

This shop took care of me fast. I'm still waiting for a part. But at least they gave me my car back as we wait. No issue. They brought me the rental very convenient.

Fix Chilton auto body did an amazing job on my jeep with making it look like new again. They did a great job with keeping the line of communication open with updating me on what they were doing on the car and meeting their deadline. Abby’s great customer service is what made the experience amazing thank you for everything!

This place was very friendly and kind to me. They fixed my car within a week and keep me posted of the work that was being done to my car. I recommend this place to everyone whose car has been damaged and needs repairs.

Their service was impeccable. I received five star service from A to Z . There was a small hiccup, but it was resolved immediately. I’ve had the car out for one day, and I have already referred someone to them. If you have my experience, you won’t regret it.
